Starbucks

This Starbucks has very good baristas. But the space isn’t very customer friendly at all. They put the table for meetings in the corner where you can’t even get out to use the bathroom everybody from the table needs to get up so you can go to the restroom. I don’t know who made this change but I think it was Inconsiderate of your customers

Drive thru line is long in the morning but the team does a great job serving all the orders expediently. Never had a bad experience. Love it!

This locations has a drive thru, dining indoor and out. Staff was nice and professional. I was very pleased with the service at this location they were speedy and to the point with my order. I would recommend this location to Starbuckers.

I don't drink coffee very often. I enjoy coffee but I don't need it to wake up in the morning. I like it but can go without especially in the summer. If I'm going to drink coffee however it must be Starbucks. The flavor is smooth and they make a great latte which is my coffee drink of choice.

Staff at this location always great. Friendly and professional. For instance, yesterday in drive-thru I discovered my new favorite frappacino had been discontinued. When I expressed disappointment, young man at window suggested another type that would taste very similar with addition of peppermint syrup. Agreed with suggestion and he was absolutely right! Delicious . Staff always helpful and I always appreciate them.

A really nice barista named Joseph helped me out after a bad experience at the esplanade store. He was super patient (I had a fat headache) remade my drink & it was perfect ✨ He also gave me one of these which I genuinely was not expecting aha. I've never had one before. Thanks my guy

I used the drive-thru and the young lady who took the order knew what sandwich were in stock. Professional and happy; absolutely love to hear and see employees who enjoy their jobs. Speedy service. Accurate order. Great job to this store!!!

Drive thru service was fast and friendly.
I fully support hourly workers, and always tip (20% or more), but I dislike the fact that the batista had to say "it's just gonna ask you 1 question" as they had you the credit card reader, and that 1 question is "how much tip do you want to leave"

I'm a regular here . Soon as I walk in the door they have my drink ready .

I love the people who work here always friendly helpful and kind that doesn’t happen by accident they are gracious enough to put up with me I’ve been on chemotherapy for years doesn’t always make you feel so great but I look forward to seeing many familiar faces being happy to see me and know me for many years these people deserve recognition for above and beyond please pass this to my heroes thank you 😊

Order taker was very helpful since I don't go there often lol she even taught us something new about Starbucks .We ordered a Carmel frap w/crunch It was really good I wished I would have gotten a large or 'Vente' Is that correct? Please correct me if I'm wrong overall they are very friendly and for line they accumulate they get the line going pretty fast

Any time I've been here, the service has been great!! I order ahead on the app most of the time. My order is ready when I walk in and it is correct. They recently started putting the bags and drink trays by the pickup area. It makes it easier for the customer who needs these items to get their order bagged or put on a drink tray and be on their way. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The store is always clean.

My husband and I visited this Starbucks for the first time this morning. While I stood in line he had to use the restroom but saw the "employee only" sign posted on the door. He asked the Manager Ashely where he could fine the near restroom and without hesitation she stopped what she was doing to open the employee restroom for him. We understand she did not have to do that and we really appreciate her going above and beyond and showing human kindness. She even supplied him with hand sanitizer and sanitation wipes before and after. She was amazing. Thank you Ashley!!!
