I absolutely love is place I get alll my glass here they have a fine selection from novelty to true works of art. All of which are of the best of quality. Speaking of quality the workers there are extremely helpful. If you have a question about your set up they’ll help you out and figure out your problem or just straight up school you on something you had no idea about and not make you feel silly for asking. I will always come back to this shop for the insane selection and for the peak customer service thanks y’all!

I went in to get a new tank for my kangertech Vape after buying a brand new set up from a different Vape shop in San Jacinto because the coil burnt out almost instantly after I purchased it. When I went back to the store I bought it from to let them know that it was already burned out and killing my throat every time I would hit it they would not help me they would not reimburse me they would not give me a new coil even. So when I went to unwind they not only listened to me but they gave me a brand new tank with coil and an extra coil for $17, it was price marked at 20 but I only had 17 on me and he was very nice to do this for me this time. It’s kindness like that that keep customers coming back, unwind very much knows the value of a good customer and treats them with such kindness to keep us coming back to them. Unwind Vape shop is the only vape shop I will be doing business with from now.

The employees here have some of the best customer service that I've seen out of any smoke shop in the IE. They really know what they're talking about in terms of product and what the use of them is. Never had a bad experience here. Always my favorite smoke shop.

Abby was super chill! She helped me find a good vape and walked me through how to use it. Give this girl a raise haha. The store also has a ton of cool gear in it. Love this place and will def return!

I love this place. The employees are so helpful. I was having problems with my vape and they took time to figure out what was wrong with it not once but twice. The customer service at this place is outstanding! I go in too many retail outlets that have apathetic employees that they barely do their jobs and don't go to any trouble to help you. Just a great store beautiful inventory, very friendly and helpful employee. Some of the prices were way out , but I did find the items I wanted & they were in my price range. Overall a great experience for me.

I come from riverside (hour drive) at least once a month to buy from this business. They are very honest to the point that when my needs in a new setup was less expensive then the one I was looking at they recommended I get the $30 cheaper product. I've been using this shop for about a year and a half and they are excellent.

These guys Kick Ass.. I have literally been in hundreds, if not into the thousands of Head shops, glass cafes and Dispensaries that sell items. I LOVE the atmosphere, just the whole dynamic between staff and customer. Very laid back, easy to talk with. If you want some seriously high end, low end, and everything in between wicked glass, grinders, you name it.. This is the place.. I have to go back by nine (closing time ) to get my tube for a bong that I forgot to get. Truly, this place will blow away all expectation.

I love going into this store. The staff is very knowledgeable and are always willing to help as well as educate their customers.
