AutoZone Auto Parts

I don't expect auto parts stores to be clean but this one was! Angelique was helpful and patient with all my questions. I had a headlight out and needed some ideas to make them brighter because my lenses are foggy. She gave me a few options and didn't pressure me.

I absolutely love this store! The managers there I don't know their names but one of them is a female really friendly is usually there in the mornings and the other is an African American male. The rest of the crew/staff also are always upbeat and super friendly!

Venus is exceptional in her customer service with a middle aged lady -me! I came in with my cars check engine light on (never fun) and she promptly went out holding the door for me and hooked up the gadget to my vehicle.
Venus then directed me to start my car and let me know when to shut my car down.

Mechanical stuff baffles me but she treated me with respect no smirks only smiles. Again she held the door for me on the way in and printed out the code on my car. She then took the time to explain what it meant. I’m super appreciative of her customer service and knowledge. She is a great asset to AutoZone and her community.

12-22-23 Because of my last 2 prior experiences, bought an ODB reader for home use. Employee's nice and accomadating and store is clean, glad it's open late.

Great service, thorough info. I went in to purchase brakes, they were fairly busy, I left sooner than I expected.

I was idoling in my car and My car just stopped all of a sudden in front of a AutoZone on Sanderson and cottonwood . Thank goodness for Kenneth he came out to my car and gave it extra attention trying to find out what was wrong .

This is the BEST AutoZone I have ever been to! I was having a not so good day coming from work, I have been needing to get my battery checked so I just went after work and WOW the customer service I received from Alec was top tier. He also had another co worker with him but I didn’t catch his name they were both AMAZING. Alec took the time to help me with my battery and also replaced the battery with the new one I bought. I know he was just doing his job and being helpful but they really changed my day from a bad one to a good one! I went home and raved about this AutoZone! Alec if you see this thank you so much for your kind service and going above and beyond for me. It was truly appreciated. I will definitely be back to this AutoZone if I ever need anything for my or my family’s vehicles. Thank you!!! 💯

Pleasant staff. Very nice. The kid that helped me really shared my new found passion of car customizing and he showed me a few of his go two favorites. I felt heard and listened to and was met with great service…man you can’t get that anywhere else but this auto zone. Also I was kinda amazed at the newest product to me which was windshield wiper covers! Omg those are the business right there. I’m going to snatch me up a pair for my ride next chance I get.

Needed new brakes and rotors for my car, not only were the staff there helpful with deciding the best options for my driving, they even gave me tips for the install to make it go easy and smooth. I definitely would recommend this store to anyone in the area that needs any parts or help.

Tonight was a super stressful day for me when my car filled with my kids would not start. I got a jump and pulled in to AutoZone. The manager, Angelique, went above and beyond! She not only helped me find the right battery, she changed it out for me. Which was not an easy task since acid did so much damage. She worked for over 1.5 hr AFTER she was off the clocks to make sure my car was running correctly. I am so very grateful to her for her kindness and definitely feel she deserves a raise!

Came to this Auto Zone location and a manager name George helped me out on some electrical issues with my SUV. This guy was helpful and knew his stuff on car parts and general mechanic stuff. Thanks George my SUV is back up and running strong.. The customer service was over a 5 star and recommend everyone to go to this location .

Al is a superb salesman. He helped me purchase windshield wiper blades for my Toyota Corolla and tire caps. I would definitely come back for business. Thanks again.
