It's my son 8th birthday and he wanted a certain type of sneakers. I went to the galleria mall and they were out of his size but the young lady that was helping me told me that the one in niagara fall outlet has the sneakers. So when I got there they were so helpful in trying to find the sneakers because they just received a shipment so the sneakers were still in the back unpacked. I thanked them so much for even taking the time to locate the sneakers. My son was very happy for his birthday. Everyone love his new kicks. Very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this location to shop to family and friends

Even though it was busy for back to school the sneakers my son wanted were in stock and I was able to cash out quickly.

What a difference in assistance/help while shopping. Everyone was attentive, ready to help find your sneaker size, told us about sales/clarence rakes. After being at Nike with no help or just felt like we annoyed the one person we asked for help finding a sneaker, this experience at Footlocker was awesome~ My teenage son found his airforce ones...I wish I knew the lady helping us out. She deserves a raise. She was Professional, Personable, Funny~has 2 teenagers herself and understood my sons needs for fashion and comfort👍🏻

Always loved Foot Locker.They have a vast variety of shoes for everyone and some good quality clothes too in my opinion but it's mostly about what looks good on our feet 🙂 Staff is very attentive and professional too
