I ordered invitations for my son's second birthday to be printed at this location. Hours after I put the order in, my dad pointed out that I had the wrong date on the invite. I figured it was too late for me to cancel the order so I placed another order with the corrected date. Within minutes of me placing the order I received a call from a kind woman working at this Staples asking if I meant to put a second order in and wanted to double check before she printed it. I told her yes, the first order had the incorrect date on it. When I arrived to pick up my order (which was ready within two hours), I discovered she issued me a refund for the first order. I just assumed it was money lost and it was my fault anyway. I am so pleased with the customer service from this woman! Will be coming here for all my future printing needs!

I always get great service at the Staples on Kildaire Farm Road. I spoke to Carlos Rodden the sales manager and he is not only a great manager for Staples, but a great person as well. I love shopping at Staples for my business needs and Carlos is the man to help me out.

Excellent, competent, and friendly service. I bought over the last 10 years several desktops and laptops as well as numerous HP cartridges and plenty of office supplies. Will continue to make it my favorite office supplies.

Beth at the printing center was so helpful. She is very knowledgeable and attentive to detail. She was very patient, helping to get my projects printed, and chose to personally oversee my order to ensure it printed correctly. At first I had a hard time finding someone to help me because they were busy stocking shelves but when I finally found Sean I lucked out! The shredder I was looking for wasn’t on the shelf even though the website said they had 3 so Sean looked up the store stock, went hunting for me and not only did he find it he had it waiting for me at the register. It was priced lower on the website so they matched the price!

I had a 400 page pdf file that I needed printed rather quickly. I attempted to use the self-service copy / printer machines but I ran into an error with the machine, Google drive and some lack of communication between both. The girl working the print center (I forget her name but it began with an S) went out of her way to get the software to talk and my file to print. I was really impressed with her genuine interest in wanting to help but also had a great personality as well. =)

Was not expecting it, but I got the best customer service possible. They went above and beyond. This Staples and the salespeople I met will be my first choice from now on.

The school provided the students with a specific list and Staples was able to provide - everything was ample and in stock!

Took my iPhone in to have the battery replaced. Staff was very friendly and were happy to help. Dropped off my phone and it was done in 30 minutes. Took another phone for the same service. Phone hadn't been charging so I figured it was worth a shot to replace. They replaced the battery and the phone still didn't work. I paid for the service up front and since it didn't work, I was given a gift card for the amount which I really appreciate.

I love this place! They have the notebooks that no one else carries so I always go to a Staples to purchase them!
