This really is a Michaels. It's a normal Michael's. It's well stocked and well organized. The bathrooms are alright but you can use them. So many fake flowers! I love it there :) There's ample parking but sometimes it's icy. But that's par for the course with New England. The staff is helpful. My sister had her birthday party there when she was a kid.

I was doing an Instacart order, and had no clue what I was looking for. The staff were overly helpful and made a stressful experience end well.

Went in for custom framing. Joe was so patient working with several other customers during the time I was there. My project was a bit involved and he pulled out a wide variety of matte’s for me, worked me through colors, bevel and texture like an absolute pro. He had great recommendations for matte sizing and aesthetics. He was very accommodating, I really enjoyed working with him and it was very apparent that other customers did too.

I got a new cashier and he was amazing... I had a difficult return. He wasn't afraid to try and then ask for help when he needed it. He apologized... retail is hard I give him a lot of credit to own that he didn't know it all and asked for help

Team there was friendly and helpful. Was able to find something including a frame for a poster of my daughters it was 40% off which is very helpful and then a couple of craft items that were 60% off. Recommend this location especially if you're looking to get in and out quickly they can help you find what you want at a great price

Helpful employees and good selection of what I need. If anything IA wrong it is the prices are high but with sales and coupons it isn't to bad

They don't have as large of a yarn selection as some other stores I've been to, but the shelves are always well stocked, the store is clean, and the staff is pleasant. They do have a large bead selection, which I enjoy!

We went to the Avon location and it was pretty empty but we were able to find a few items we needed in the art & crafts area. When we checked out the clerk was very nice, she helped with a coupon on my phone.

A dangerous place for me! Great selection of all sorts of painting supplies, canvases, beading supplies, all sorts of crafts! They have great sales and the phone app always has some sort of discount. Fun place to shop.

It's a great store for hobby and art supplies. Prices are higher than on line stores but if you're part of their rewards program there's always coupons and sales.

I found almost everything I needed to make a wreath ,I was looking for black bear fabric or a bear silhouette, nothing, but stuff I did get was on sale.

A good place for stuff you need, has almost everything someone might need for crafts, or for a lot of other things too. This place has fake flowers, stickers, string, frames, art supplies such as sketchbooks and markers, and random other things. It's not too expensive either.

I have been wanting to upgrade my engagement ring for years and on a whim went into Michael's to look at settings. I really wanted to keep my beautiful diamond and wanted a setting that would enhance my stone without it getting lost in a setting. I showed the jeweler what I was aiming for and he already had some ideas from my conversation with Tim the day before. Within 20 minutes I found the perfect setting and my diamond was reset in about 45 minutes- it came out absolutely fabulous and looks stunning! I couldn't be more thrilled! Thank you for making it so easy!
