I needed help with my phone in my iPad and the woman who is working in that store was phenomenal she fixed everything for me I can't think her enough try the one on 103rd and silver spring you will have a pleasant experience

The woman I delt with today was fantastic.
My daughter had a phone emergency and we were upset obviously. I believe the sales representative we delt with name was Tristina .
She stayed calm and calmed us down got everything handled smooth and efficiently . Turned our terrible situation into one that I would be happy to come back to have her help us again in the future. She was very knowledgeable about the products and operating systems.
5 stars . I am typically a complainer. So for me to go out of my way to post a positive review is really saying something.
