Nordstrom Rack

They always have a great selection of mens clothes. Something that not all stores have, and a good amount of clearance items as well. One of the only places I shop for clothes. Name brand, high quality stuff for way less. Never pay retail prices!

Easy to return shipped items and was able to purchase the cutest outfit with accessories all at very reasonable prices. PS if you think you can shoplift from here, think again. While paying a shoplifter walking out was immediately apprehended when exiting the store by two cops dressed in regular clothes.

I was on my way to REI when I saw the Rack signs. Most of my experience at the Rack is that it's crowded. Not here. Is that because of a more limited selection than other Racks I know? Possibly. This location, however, had what I wanted and I didn't need to maneuver through many people.

Love this place, usually pretty clean, well organized, nice staff & their seamstress Olga is the sweetest! She makes you feel like you’re family. I’ve been going to her for years. Free parking is clutch, never had issues finding a spot, even during Xmas holidays.

The best deals here, this location is prob one of the better ones in chicago.

Very friendly staff. I found an item that didn't have a price tag and I was helped out very quickly. I couldn't find everything that I was looking for such as hoodies or my belt size or the right pair of shoes but I found something.

Super awesome variety of men's and women's clothing as well as surprising amount of shoe options. Some staff scattered around for assistance but mostly on your own. Reasonable prices but going up w inflation.

I wanted to leave a review specifically for NATE! My wife and I met him yesterday at the register and he was so kind and personable that I had to give him a shoutout. He made conversation with us as he rang us up and asked my wife about her pregnancy. He was genuinely excited and interested to speak with anyone that came to his register - I could hear him talking with other patrons while we waited in line. I was really impressed by his interest in talking to us in a crowded store on a busy day where I'd expect most workers to be reserved and stressed. He put a huge smile on our faces!

You can find anything you like with great quality. There is always good sales. Be careful with the receipt and labels in case you may want to change or return the item..

Typical Nordstrom Rack selection & experience. The men's shoe selection is good & fairly priced. My girlfriend loves shopping here. The convenient parking garage is what makes this an enjoyable experience... nothing better than free parking & not walking 5 blocks in Chicago.

I recently made two separate online purchases and opted for the free in-store pickup. The process was so easy and streamlined — away from the main registers and winding line. The way-finding sign was helpful, too, and the staff was friendly. My items arrived within 24-48 hours of my online purchases. Highly satisfied.

This is my favorite Nordstrom rack location. They have a wide selection of clothing and the place never seems too busy where you can’t find anybody to help you. Customer service is nice, and plenty of fitting rooms to try on clothing. I never have problems finding a size and they always have a wide selection of merchandise.
