I was lucky to have Adolfo as my Elfa closet designer when I came in to tweak my plans. He was awesome to work with - he knew all the pitfalls of the things I thought were a good idea, he has this little cheat sheet booklet with photos from his own Elfa setup at home to show real clothes and shoes actually look in drawers or hanging. At the end, he knew how to save me a few dollars and since the Elfa closet was going to our Wisconsin home, he was able to set it up as a Wisconson sale and let us choose a date to pick it up at that location. Elfa is already a great product and combining that with Adolfo's knowledge and personality, it was a fun couple of hours.

Tip - Container Store does a 30% off elfa shevling every year at the end of January until mid-Feb or March. Great gift idea of a new closet for Christmas!

They will help you design your closets and will cut everything to how you need it. It is all pretty quick. We have hired the installers and installed it ourselves - while not hard, getting installers is def the way to go if it is more than a couple of pieces!

Not only is a good sized store that is well-stocked, but every employee there is just so kind and helpful. I must have been there 8-10 times in the past 2 months, and every experience has been positive.

How much do I love the container store? Can you love a store too much? I think I do because I can spend hours roaming the isles, just looking and getting ideas. I have intimate knowledge of the elfa system and have users them for closets and pantries and every apartment I have ever lived in. Making spaces better and leaving them for the next tenants. The landlords should thank me. I just moved and I got some new ones for my room. I love em 🤩. Plus, I love all the over the door hooks and doodads they have there to help you maximize and organize any space.

This is a great store! It’s well-organized and easy to find things. There was also no line at checkout and convenient parking in the attached lot.

This store is sooo cute! You can find almost anything you need for your office. They even have cookwares, wooden and stainless steel ones. But it sure is a lil overpriced. Like, $93 for a drawer. Other than that it’s a 10/10. Love it

If you have junk, they have a solution! They had a large supply of the Swedish box organizers that I love! They didn't have my color but had all of the shapes available. Did not interact with any staff but everyone seemed to be working and helping other guests, stocking or at register.

Very friendly customer service. Ordered some shelves on-line and pick them up curbside delivery. No waiting. The store has all the greatest storage devices in the history of man. Not just boxes, but storage that could be used as decorations too. The alpha shelves are wonderful. They will help customize any closet or pantry or wherever you want to put them. They often go on sale. Check them out it's a great place to go.

Omg, I can’t thank enough Shay !!! She helped me out and saved me from a literally disaster because I have job interview tomorrow and the promised product wasn’t in store ! She went above and beyond to tolerate my impoliteness and frustration of the situation ! She was super professional and carried on with her kindness even though she shouldn’t have, when I was very impolite ! She is an employee that the store needs and should promote her to the store manager position ! Everyone else usually at the location are grumpy and rude whenever I come once in awhile to purchase the products for my students whenever I need them. She should lead the team. Now this is a business and location I would only visit because of her !

I loved it! I was able to get scented jelly erasers, school supplies like colored pens, and sticky notes. Great atmosphere!

Always love visiting this store. And one needs to completely go around the whole store at keast once.

It's the happiest place on earth - I love The Container Store! I don't mind that things are a bit pricey in here because, to be honest, most of the stuff in here is cool, rather unique (or hard-to-find in person), and high quality. It's kind of like an in-person shopping experience in a home and office organization magazine. I wish they had a cafe so I could just hang out there with a coffee on a rainy day.

I love being in here! So clean and so spacious! The employees are super helpful but they weren't overbearing. I felt like I was able to shop in peace and find exactly what I was looking for without any troubles. Sometimes I visit just to see what I find, no real purpose in mind!

Easy in parking, helpful staff, and a great selection. At first I was like nah, looks like a yup store that'll charge me an arm and a leg but it wasn't bad. They have lots of sales going on so patience is key! On top of all this, their staff makes product recommendations in like a pick of the week section. I know you might be thinking 'okay well they could just be recommending to sell the worst crap' but they seemed like quality products with well thought our reviews. I appreciated it

This store is generally busy but the staff are usually as helpful as they can be. I've worked on a number of Alfa closet systems with designers from the store and have been happy with all of them. If you're an organization geek don't step in the store....you'll never leave. 😉

My husband and I had the best experience designing our new closets with The Container Store! Patrick D. was beyond helpful in designing our closets, answering questions and concerns, and meeting our needs, aesthetically and monetarily. He was a joy to work with, and he made the process way less intimidating than we thought it would be!

I finally had my garage done last year and had Container Store design and install the storage. There was a problem with the original design and subsequent modifications making it over to what was installed but Container Store fixed it immediately. Love my garage storage now, would definitely recommend!
