AT&T Store

There was quite a few people there on that day, so we had to sign in. And it showed how your patience was🤪some people didn’t pass the test😃. But we did. Thank you Carlos for your help! The team at this AT&T store(Deer Park Ave.) are very nice & Professional😁

This is my first time at AT&T in Noryh Babylon. My mom and I were very pleased with the service. Phillip helped us with being very nice and patient. He helped us to the end. Thank you, Phillip. I will definitely go there again and ask for him. Overall, everyone was pleasant and helpful.

Phil was awesome, he helped us out with my broken phone. He gave us all of our options, including the most cost effective. We usually go to this store and have never had a bad experience

Happy with excellent customer service and friendly, helpful people; however, even though I arrived on a slow day which facilitated a quick and painless purchase of an iPhone upgrade, the sluggish and unreliable WiFi in the store made the setup unpleasant and extended visit by an unnecessary and tiring 45 minutes.

This store was very nice and helpful for setting up my new phone. Everyone was polite and patient with me. Phillip is knowledgeable and professional shopping with him made it easy for me

Received AMAZING service from PHILLIP H! He greeted me immediately and was very knowledgeable on the products. I went in to buy two iPhone chargers and to my surprise he let me know there was a deal for buying two! He also explained the differences in chargers to ensure I purchased the correct one! I appreciate no wait and quick service! Will highly recommend this location ask for Phillip!

I visited the store for a new phone and I was greeted by the friendliest people, I am not good with tech so they help me with my new phone and my new watch which they got me a really good price I'm super happy with my visit and will come back with my friend

Maria in the Deer Park/North Babylon location on Deer Park Ave could not have been more helpful to me in helping me move from another carrier to AT&T & upgrading my phone. She was so patient & answered all my questions. I highly recommend this location & if you are lucky enough Maria will help you too! Thank you Maria for all your help!

I have been here 4 times in the past 2 months for upgrades. I met Phillip the fist time. I told him what I wanted with no BS. He gave me exactly that. When someone listens to you and gives you what you want it is a pleasure doing business with them. Thanks Phillip for the great customer service!

Hugo Jerome has always been knowledgeable. I’ve been client of ATT around 10 years and is because of Hugo. I’ve been followed him from store to store since he work in Merrick store. Any question any upgrade I always come back to him because he is the meaning of an OUTSTANDING costumer service. He explain everything completely, very clear and very good. Thanks to him I’m still a client of ATT. Thanks so mucho Hugo, keep the excellent work.

Me and my friend went there to just upgrade his phone. We walked out with two new phones (I had sprint before I switched in store) and the manager and a lovely Male associate went above and beyond and were amazing at not only explaining everything to both of us but setting everything up for us. It was so simple! Thank you so much to those fine employees. Will be choosing that location for any future needs.

My mom was upgrading her phone and we added another line to our plan, upgraded our data plan and set up autopay. I believe Phillip assisted us and he was patient and knowledgeable. He made the whole process easy and not overwhelming which I have felt in the past. Usually whoever is helping me is just trying to sell me on things I don't need and doesn't read the room; I understand their job but sometimes pushy isn’t good. Definitely will go back to see him for anything we need !
