Dwain was very helpful in locating the shoes that I wanted. He explained the system in the register does not allow employees to check availability. Instead, he had to use the IPAD to check inventory at other locations. He also called and verified the California location would honor the price posted at his location. He further explained the shipping info and how I will receive tracking info later. He is definitely very experienced at his job and is a valuable asset to your company.
