Love having DSW in Elmwood! It’s so easy to get to and there’s a wide variety of shoes and sizes available at great prices for the quality. I’ve found several dances, balls, and other event shoes here as well as work heels/flats and slip on tennis shoes! I found my bridal shower and wedding shoes here this past year and they were perfect.

All of my shoes pretty much come from DSW. I love their Rewards program especially because you can use up to three coupons at once! And they allow customers to make monthly payments by using Afterpay.

Place has lots of options. Wide range of prices. A solid mid-level shoe store as far as prices.

Went in 10min before closing the other day fully expecting the door to already be locked or to be turned away as the staff prepared to go home for the night. However, I was pleasantly surprised. While I wasn't offered any assistance to find what I needed, I did not encounter any negative attitudes nor did anyone "remind" me to hurry up. Compared to (generally poor) customer service during closing hours at other retail shops, I was quite pleased with this experience overall.

While it would have helped to have a little guidance since I was looking for something specific, DSW always has great selection (and prices aren't terrible) so I had no trouble fining what I needed - even at the last minute and without investigating online beforehand!

I definitely recommend DSW if you're looking for quality and value in men's and women's shoes. They also have a decent selection of purses and satchels. If you're into labels, DSW does live up to its name in carrying a variety of U.S. and international designers and everything from casual to professional, comfy to trendy. -NuttieFoodie

Searched the internet and decided to go look at the shoes in the store. I found what I was looking for and I had a discount that was sent to my email. I bought the shoes and the discount was applied.

I love this place when I can find my size. I wear a 12 just about all the time. It’s rare that they have a 12 in anything. Plus a lot of brands stop at 11.

Bought 2 pairs of boots. Got home realized that a piece was missing on one of them, brought it back. They ordered it free shipping and xtra 10.00 off. Great service. Love the boots

Love the shoe selection, prices are easy to swallow, the customer service is very nice, they're helpful when you need it but not overbearing. The atmosphere is well-lit, there is clear signage for the departments and usually not crowded to the point of frustration.

Love their selection of footwear. You can find any shoe for any occasion. Employees are wonderful and helpful. I love DSW for all the designer shoes. All colors and style. From casual to dress, after five, sneakers, sandals, boots, just to name a few. They also sell ladies hosiery, socks, designer purses, don't forget men shoes also. One stop store for the latest designer footwear.

I walked in 15 mins b4 closing...the LONE customer in store! The associates treated me as if it were the middle of the day! They were super nice, signed me up for rewards, which I knew nothing about, & told me if the shoes I purchased didn't work, to just belting them back! And the SHOES! OMG! So EASY to find WHAT KIND u were looking for, & BEAUCOUP to choose from!

Can't beat the great prices, selection, always friendly staff, easy returns, and those awesome $10 or $20 reward coupons. Plus some great finds on the clearance rack in the back if you're lucky!

Found my favorite walking shoe at lower price than online!!! Compression socks a good price point as well. No long waiting to check out either.

My only issue is that I chose the wrong time to visit one of my favorite shoe stores, the problem is that the were Out of a lot of the shoes that I was interested in purchasing. I understand that a new shipment is due in a few days.

I was only there to get some vans but I ended up buying two pairs of shoes. The shoes there are exquisite. I LOVE DSW!!! I'm very happy with my choice.

Excellent customer service and the huge amount of inventory is amazing. Plan to spend at least 2 hours shoe shopping.

Soooo many great shoes at all prices. Wonderful brands. If you don't find it here, you don't want shoes.
