I love this location! It’s always easy to find parking. Today’s visit was for the Annual 3-wick candle sale. I anticipated that it was going to be crazy, however, the employees were restocking and so helpful. Even the checkout lines moved quickly. Every employee had a smile and displayed great customer service throughout my visit. I can’t wait to burn the Candied Maple Bacon!!

As always, they are super friendly and helpful at this location. This is always my go-to location. I racked up they were $2.95 a bar vs $8.50

Yesterday for Father's Day I walked in the store which usually you go for mother's Day and I rang up $150 of stuff before tax after the sale it came out to $45 after tax. Let's just say I made the wife and daughter very happy and reminded them of why I'm such a great dad.

My favorite location was always the one inside the Clearview Mall, but unfortunately, they're now closed. I was iffy about shopping at a different location because all of the employees at the Clearview store were always so nice and so helpful. The Elmwood location is just like that! The managers and staff are always so pleasant and so helpful as soon as you walk into the store.😀

It's such an inviting environment. The works are super friendly and very helpful. I have never once had a bad experience here. I also never leave empty-handed!

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. They always have amazing scents, but my fav collection is "your the one". I get a ton of compliments when I wear it.

The greeter (young man) at the door was very nice and upbeat.

I love this bath and body works. They're always so stocked of everything and the workers here are so nice and fast at check out. Bath and body works has always been like my favorite store ever tbh.

Staff is always helpful and friendly. So many scents and options to choose from. You will definitely find something you like. They always have the perfect gifts too.

My second time going to this location and both times was amazing. At the door ready to help and answer all my stupid questions. Real detail in helping pple get what they want. Excellent customer service yall, good job 👏🏾

Really nice sales associates! They saw that I was in a hurry (I was), and rather than hover in my space, they quickly placed a shopping tote in my hand and got the hell out of my way! It's really nice when associates can read the customer and respond to their needs accordingly, and these do. Great location, good parking, good personnel!

The gentleman Jabby that’s greeting you at the door while you stand in line is the sweetest makes you be okay with standing in line. He tells you the sale they have going on before you come. The cashier you I got as well is the sweetest as well ask me did I find everything okay. I didn’t get to hear her name only her cashier Id. If I could’ve given the store a hundred stars I would have.

This location is always very nice and clean and has a wide selection, kci is also always super sweet and such a great help!

I went to the store in Elmwood they moved next door to Charming Charlie's by the way. They are no longer on the end by the Apple Bees. You guys know that Bath & Body Works is the bomb. Staff was very helpful, friendly, and pleasant. Never ever had an issue at bath and body works ever. Oh guys they have a sale on candles right now, as well as the hand sanitizer sprays. Oh also the mini sprays. I believe it's buy 2 get 1 free. Of course I got whatever was on sale. Stocking up on Christmas gifts early. Great place, never had a bad experience.

This location always looks and smells wonderful! The ladies working here are so friendly, courteous, and helpful. The store is kept well stocked and seasonably in Target with products. Everything is easy to locate and easy to reach (important for short people like me).

Super nice folks work here. One associate walked me to where i needed to be, another stood by my sides while i took way to long to pick something and young lady at register sealed the deal, she was also very nice.
