Michelle at the Elmwood branch was amazing. Soon as I said I needed help picking out a printer for my 11 year old that does not use color ink because it’s constantly running out of color ink she was so knowledgeable and understood exactly what we were looking for. She helped us all the way through the purchase and out the door. She never made us feel like we were a bother and nowadays that is very rare! Thanks Michelle for your 5 star customer service!

I’ve been coming to office max/copy max for 17 years and it’s because of Dee in printing. She is very knowledgeable and always ready to help. Dee has a great attitude and loves her job. For all these reasons I will continue to shop this store!

Customer service goes a long way. Dai’Quan was my sales associate and was super helpful and patient with this “elder millennial!” Customer service is what keeps me coming back to any establishment esp since most things can be found substantially cheaper online . Employees like him will be why I return in the future.

On my recent trip to get replacement wheels for office chair I was given excellent service by the front desk manager and stock clerk. Both went above and beyond to service my needs and very quickly. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.

Was looking for a home office chair and Taylor was the best salesman. He helped me decide, was very attentive to my needs, was very polite, Went to the register and made sure it rang up the discounted price for me. Overall great attitude. He also loaded the box in my car. Great personality. Ask for this salesman.

My wireless laser printer decided it wasn't doing that anymore, so I decided to hard-wire it to the laptop. Naturally I had cleared out all the old printer cables during Covid, so I needed a USB cable in a hurry. A very nice lady helped me get the perfect one and here I am now, printing happily away, having triumphed over technology once more.

This is the best Office Depot in the New Orleans area. The staff is amazing!!! They always make customers a priority. Ms. Dee in printing should own the sprint department she is amazing!!!

Always enjoy shopping at this location. They keep a good level of items in stock. Employees always greet you upon entering which is a plus. Items are priced fairly I recommend to family and friends.
