It’s a very big store, but not very spacious to ride the shopping cart 🛒. Prices and quality are competitive. The staff is friendly and friendly! Large parking area. You have direct access to Starbucks and CVS. 👍🏻☕🧋

I’ve been going here for many years. The store is always clean and organized. Today, I bought computer adapters. The young man in Tech was very helpful. I could not locate the items and he politely and quickly looked the items up and grabbed them for me. The prices were competitive

Thankful for the team during the holiday season. Drive-up was extremely busy and the two team members worked together to get orders completed. One member checked my code while the other retrieved it for her after he loaded another car. I was also given a gift card for the wait. That’s great customer service. I could tell they were overwhelmed but they were still very pleasant. More people need to be understanding of being short staffed and appreciative for those that work hard especially this time of the year!

I shopped at the target in Herndon early Christmas eve while the self checkout lines were long there were quite a few cashiers waiting to check everyone out with little or no wait. Great job by management. Merry Christmas.

Regina at Customer Service is awesome. I had a tiny issue which was 100% my failure to read the small print. She solved it right on the spot in under 3 minutes. Amazing customer service. I work in retail, so I know it's hard to get people who want to work and do a good job for their companies. If I get desperate enough at my job, I might just try to come poach Regina to work for me (not really Target, don't worry, but seriously though she's one to hold on to!)

Wow this target is run with excellence courtesy.. they are clearly a leader over other stores in this area. My cashier Audrey was very personable and efficient and quick very nice oh, so much so I had to call the manager..
Went to customer service and was greeted by Maeve.
Who is also very courteous and guided me to the manager Steven.. I just wanted to leave him and say thank you. He was very pleasant I'm telling the story was just wonderfully kept as well very easy to navigate through. Thank you so much I pray all of you get raises

Im a huge WWE fan, I went in looking for WWE toys and just so happened to run into some staff worker named Daniel. I believe he works in the back but was out on the floor that day. Huge WWE fan just like me. Not only did he help me find the toys, we bonded over WWE. Definitely, doing a great job hiring staff workers like Daniel!

Love the curb side pick up. Able to have items deliver to my car within a few minutes unlike a few other places I have tried. Nice employees and everything I ordered was in the bag.

This was my first time using this service. I was greeted promptly and courteously asked for my order number. Within a few minutes, a cart rolled out from the back of the store. The associate stayed with me while we both verified the cart contents with my receipt. I will use this service again. Thank Amazon for sending me to you. They didn't have a product I wanted to stock up on, Target did. Y'all are a bright spot in retail businesses, and it shows.

Every time I’m looking for something specific and ask a staff if they have it in the back, they always have it. Like thanks but are y’all magic or what? Nice staff, had one give me life advice once. Never forgetting that.

Customer service here is excellent - I stood in line behind someone wanting a refund for an item -
The Target representative explained calmly and clearly (numerous times) to the customer that they couldn't get a refund because the item was already marked as returned on the receipt (maybe the customer had shoplifted multiple of the same item and was trying to get multiple refunds for it). Regardless - it was clear to everyone standing in line that the customer already got her money at some point in the past for the item she was trying to return "again". I'm impressed at how calm and collected the Target employee was.
Will return again for more drama - 10/10

Omg I had the best customer service here one day from this Amazing worker named Nina Mayer Allen she helped me find everything and got me the nicest dressing room, and helped me save money but also getting cute clothes and stuff I needed. She deserves a raise, I go to this Target to see her so I can get the best customer service experience I have ever had. Thank you Nina your an amazing women and Target is very lucky to have such a good worker likes yourself keep up the good work!

Great place for grocery shopping. Always well stocked and clean. The staff are nice and helpful. Great curbside pick up service. They never messed any of my pick up order. Definitely visit again.
