My Wife and I came in late. Maybe 20mins before they were about to close. We needed hook-up parts for our new dryer and washer. Monty a very nice representative helped us and showed us exactly what we needed. He was fun, polite and even walked us to the isle we needed to make sure we didn't get lost and found the right product. He deserves a raise. It's people like him that make you want to return to a store. Thanks Monty from 2 tired girls who needed help with crazy toddlers you help us laugh and get in and out with the right stuff!!! We appreciated all you did!!

Wide selection of lumber, appliances, knickknacks, lighting fixtures, etc.

Lia in the cabinetry section was amazing and very helpful. Fast friendly and great customer service. Same for Heidi in the back pick up area. Both deserve a raise. Best 2 employees I've ever had in all my years of shopping at Manards

This store has been a life saver for me. I’ve spent probably $20,000+ here in the last year or so while renovating my house. Best prices around, selection is great and people here are wonderful.

They have a wide variety of tools accessories power tools work lights etc. The staff is always friendly and willing to help if you need to find something or if you need a recommendation. Also they are more cost-effective than a Lowe's or home Depot.

I didn't receive my Menard rebate in the mail. Was able to easily get a new rebate check mailed with no issues within 24 hours of my claim! Thank you!

Huge store a lot to look at. Friendly staff. Great employees out in the yard making sure you get what you order. Website is bit rough

The customer service at this store is OUTSTANDING. We are remodeling two rooms in our house. We have been to the store several times and the service was always excellent from the customer service desk, getting assistance in finding things in any department from plumbing, painting, building supplies and at the check-out. The employees are knowledgeable and if they do not have the answer, they will find someone who does. I would highly recommend this store.

Great service, decent prices

I volunteer at our local animal control and another volunteer posted on FB that Menards had fleece throws on sale. I went to the Saginaw store yesterday but I couldn’t find them. I asked Christine in tools and she took me to where she thought they were and did not give up until she found them. She went above and beyond and we had a nice conversation about animal rescue and our pets. She was an absolute delight!

The 11 percent off rebate came a few days ago . Now we can't find it. That's a lot of money to lose. So if you can use the extra money, use the 11 percent off! I also like the store selling items for the home for eating, drinking, cleaning and decorating.

Just picked up our fall Mums. Great price.

I found the items I needed immediately which made me very happy but the best part of my trip there was the young lady at the check out. She was delightful, pleasant and was a perfect way to finish my visit. Thank you to her.

It is by far one of the best hardware stores I've been to. For one thing, they keep their shelves stocked and their website accurate. For another, the service is nice, and I very rarely feel guilty for asking for assistance.

Think of walmart plus home depot, they have just about everything here. Friendly staff and seemingly short wait lines compared to walmart. No booze if that's what you're looking for. Smaller assortment of goods on the account they just about everything. I enjoyed my visit.

Menards is a great place to find anything you could need. Employees are always friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable. It's a neighborhood superstore as opposed to the locations by freeways.

I wish they had more staff around to help out if you have a question. Other then that I think they have the best prices on pet supplies & simple home repair products.

Staff are almost always super friendly and helpful. A couple bad eggs, but you'll have that everywhere. Great prices for the most part. I'm a frequent flyer there.

I always go here for a certain thing, i.e. faucet, toilet bowl handle, lawn bags, plants, etc. I usually find what I'm looking for. If not I can ask any associate (whether it's their department or not) for what I need and most of the time they lead me right to it. I don't think I've ever had a less than positive experience in this store. Oh--the prices are pretty good, too!

Had an excellent experience purchasing a drywall lift. Harrison assisted us by getting down from his ladder to help us navigate the store. We tried Home Depot and Lowe's without finding the item in stock.
