Best time ever our waitress was absolutely the best and I will ask for her and send her as much business as I can Kim is her name. She is really an asset to your establishment. My family was visiting from Detroit

First of all, out waitress was AWESOME! She was experienced, courteous and fast! Wish I would have got her name for y'all. Anyway...the new menu is really good! All the food was cooked to perfection and tasted phenomenal. It's a must-go for seafood and steak! Seems like it's an upgrade from my previous dining experience.

Michelle was OUTSTANDING! In the midst of a crazy Valentine’s Day, she was positive, up beat and very attentive. A+ for her and Red Lobster! She never let one thing bother her, she was always moving around making sure everyone was having a 5 star experience. Hats off to her.

Red Lobster on Bay Rd in Saginaw Michigan exceeded our expectations. We were a party of seven celebrating two birthdays and the service as well as the food was excellent. We will definitely be back.

everything was great, our waitress tiana was great she made sure we had everything we needed and was super friendly, food was good got a good amount of food that we ordered will be coming back to this location

Love the food, love the ambiance.
Tried the new Lobster-topped stuffed flounder with a side of quinoa rice and coleslaw. It was AMAYYY-ZING!
I highly recommend trying it.

My friend had the Salmon New Orleans which is a classic and my usual favourite. Comes topped with shrimps. Side of baked potato and home salad.

As always a seafood delight. Esmeralda from store 0160 at 4141 Bay Rd Saginaw was truly a wonderful insightful server. Get there and see if she can entice you into a Buttery ensemble. Normally we would have photos but as it stands we were so hungry and so grateful for the food to hit the table we dug right in so I would rather send you no pictures half eaten ones but rest assured it was a very wonderful meal so get there and ask for Esmeralda we don't know her but you should.

We went on date night Tuesday, which was also Halloween. They were short staffed due to a dishwasher, a server, and a hostess all taking their children trick-or-treating but them being a little slower just gave us extra time to enjoy our delicious seafood and each others company. Date night was great at red lobster!

Went for all you can eat shrimp by myself and the server treated me like a princess! I truly wish I had asked for her name. Everything was hot and delicious! Great experience!

Place was too busy. Some long wait at front desk for a seat.

A friend and I went for a late lunch. We didn't wait to be seated and our spot was cozy. The food was delicious and our server had a smile every time.

I ordered the endless shrimp special that’s on Mondays with a frozen margarita. Well attentive waitresses that kept replenishing me shrimp as I requested.

Everything was good, the waitress was very sweet and helpful. My only complaint the restaurant was pretty chilly in there

The food was absolutely wonderful and delicious! Our server was great and just the right amount of attentiveness! Went on Sunday. Had Stuffed Mushrooms Appetizer, Crab legs, Lobster Tail, Sirloin Steak, Broccoli and a fantastic, warm Chocolate Cake Dessert with Ice Cream! One of the best meals we've ever had! Absolutely no complaints. And of course the biscuits are to die for!

Always the Best food every time we visit and never go home hungry! Always love going here for any occasion or just for sits and grins! Keep up the great work you do!

Honestly the best meal I've had in Saginaw in a long time. I had given up on Red lobster but tried it again for a friend's birthday. It was fabulous. The food was delicious and perfectly prepared. Service was cheerful, and reflected in the tip.

Celebrated my youngest daughters 19th birthday her with family and it was nice. The all you can eat shrimp was absolutely delicious. The shrimp was all so perfectly cooked and tasty. We wish we would have had better service but I guess now a days it's touch and go on service unfortunately.

Wait staff was prompt, courteous and checked back with us numerous times. Food served in a timely manner and delicious!

Place has tons of seating went for the endless shrimp waitress was quick with refills and gave us a drink to go one of the best red lobster locations I've been do !
