I am very impressed for excellent service and friendly staff room is very clean and lot of towels ( some hotel give you 2-3 ) they have indoor pool! Very nice extra. laundry room inside I am highly recommend! Walking distance they have restaurants grocery store! We park truck TA just few minutes walk ! They welcome truck drivers thinking about Shattle service to all around truck stops and shop !

What a great experience. I travel 90% of the time with my job. And this is by far my favorite hotel. The room was comfortable, clean. And the staff was so friendly. Especially Carol at the front desk. She is definitely a true asset to the company.

My sisters and I have stayed at this hotel several times and always enjoy it. It is clean & the breakfast is wonderful. We enjoyed the use of the pool and hot tub but the best part is the staff. They are friendly and very helpful. We didn't reserve a room this year and they were almost full but they made it work finding us a room. Thank you so much! We will be back again but we'll reserve our rooms next time.

Jessie was so sweet with the breakfast, very helpful and caring towards us, anything we needed she had it for us in an instant, the eggs she made were absolutely amazing! Super sweet and nice and we are grateful for her. And Stacy was extremely helpful when we booked our room, we stayed one night and last second we decided to stay another and she was super helpful and extremely nice. Great service all around!

The staff here was wonderful, the overnight woman, Jamie, was so awesome and the bfast attendant also. The only issue I had was that the pool was sooo cold, I reported it to front desk and the man went n checked the temp and he said it was 83 and that it usually runs 83 to 86 degrees. So I asked if he turned it up to 86 and he said,"no" and I said, " ok it is what it is then."😆. So be prepared to be cold if you go swimming. Other then that everything was great and I'd def return for the price. Even the housekeepers were positive and upbeat

I have been staying at this hotel for a few years, every time I come visit my son, it has always been clean, staff friendly and nice, pool and hot tub are clean. Highly recommend the king rooms, beds are comfortable and plenty of space.

Steve at the front desk helped us when we decided to book our room for another night last minute, He was sure to provide us with all the information we needed and also let us keep our room we had from the night previously. He was attentive, patient, and kind. My boyfriend and I will definitely be returning on our next trip!! Our expectations were exceeded!

Mrs Jessie was one of the highlights of our trip! She is so sweet personable and accommodating. She helped and assisted with absolutely anything we needed help with at breakfast time. Mrs Jessie thank you for the good memories. The rooms were neat and tidy I would definitely stay here again.

Associates were very friendly and helpful. Close to Frankenmuth. HUGE shout out to the breakfast associate, she kept the visitors involved, assisted in every way possible to make your morning wonderful! There's a tip jar for her in the morning for her assistance so please bring a few dollars down to breakfast and thank her for helping you start your day off right!

Stayed here while visiting Frankenmuth. Very clean, very friendly staff. Totally recommend this place. We did miss breakfast, but there is a cracker barrel next door. Thank you for a great stay

Everyone was Kind, Friendly, and Helpful. I haven't had good experience at a hotel in a long time. I can't remember the name of the lady( employee) who took our dog for a walk for us so we could get some breakfast. Really Thankful for that. Loved the cool pancake machine 👍💚 Thank you So Much for the Best service.

The staff are all friendly and welcoming. the hotel was clean and quiet. The Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Definitely would recommend staying here.

The entire stay was excellent. From Steve at the front desk to Jesse who keeps the breakfast running smoothly everything went very well. I will definitely be staying here again soon on my next trip to visit family

Pool a bit chilly but very clean. Hot tub was perfect. The gentleman whom checked us in and absolute pleasure to deal with. I always stay here when we visit Frankenmuth. Clean room.
Breakfast not impressive but still was good. Eggs were rubbery but it happens when you make bulk scrambled eggs.
If I could give them more stars I would. I love the fact that they give the adults time in the pool area after 9pm with no kiddos. Will return again next year.

We ended up here after canceling reservations at another hotel.
Let me start by saying we walked in , we were greeted with a warm and friendly smile by Carol at the front desk. She made the check in process easy and was very informative about local happenings.
When we came up to our room was spotless . The housekeeping staff , Crystal in particular, sure pays attention to details!!! No dust on window sill, in the corners or anywhere !! Plenty of towels too!!! The dedication to cleanliness is obvious.
The bed was super comfy, and I rested really well.
I am an early riser and Jessie has coffee ready bright and early and was very friendly. She was setting up breakfast, but took the time to ask if I needed anything that she hadn't got set up yet. I was good with just coffee at the moment, but the offer was just something you don't see/ get often.
Jessie was on point when we went to eat breakfast. She made sure all items were filled , hot foods were actually hot!! Even though it's self-serve, Jessie was going table to table asking if anyone needed anything and making sure what they did have was perfect!

We travel a lot!! This has been one of the nicest stays we have had.
We have marked this as a place to stay again!!!

We had an issue with our toilet during our stay, which was cause by one of our children. They sent maintenance up to our room right away. Steve was the guy who assisted us with our toilet issue. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and came in and out of the room quickly. He fixed the issue in no time. The rest of the staff, including management, was very kind and friendly. For a fairly generic hotel, this place has been fantastic for a quick family getaway.

Verry nice hotel clean and excellent staff including (Jami) and another lady they go out of there way to be nice and make your trip good.

We bring the kids to this hotel every summer when we visit Splash Village. There's a reason we keep coming back. We have never had any issues with any of our stays here. The rooms are always clean, pool and hot tub available, free wifi and a good selection of breakfast options, but it's the staff that is the biggest reason. Every time we've stayed the employees and been upbeat, cheerful, and so helpful. There's a cracker barrel next door and fast food options just down the road. Location is great and the prices are fantastic. We plan on continuing to come here every year!

Loved the rooms and service but the location is quite remote. Other than that, I would recommend this one anytime tosomeone needing to stay in that specific area.

Great atmosphere!! All of the staff were kind and friendly! Also, the breakfast was delicious. I would recommend this place.
