Love this CVS, did you visit the other ones in Lancaster apparently not. They are busy because is so many elderly in the area is hard to keep up. I don’t understand this reviews. Employees are always nice and professional. I encourage more reviews for the ones have the same opinion. Keep up the good work CVS you know you are better than this reviews. 👍🏾

I see a lot of negative reviews for the pharmacy here. What you need to understand is that there are a LOT of retired/ elderly people in the area. So of course they're busy. I use the CVS app to check ahead of time and to reorder. I've had no problem here. People need to plan ahead.

I recently switched to this pharmacy from another one. So far I have been very satisfied with the service. My RX are automatically refilled on time and I can just go thru the drive thru which saves waiting in line. The staff has been very nice, helpful and knowledgeable.

I switched to CVS after 20+ years going to Kmart Pharmacy, which closed. At first I wasnt too sure I would stay with CVS, but I really am starting to feel comfortable with this pharmacy, and the pharmacists take the time to answer my questions and help me with some issues I was having with a medicine I was on. Im pretty sure ill be staying here at CVS for my prescription.

I was just at CVS to try to pick up a script, unfortunately they were out of that medication which I totally understand, however, the pharmacist Keith went above and beyond and called around until he was able to find it and pointed me in that direction. Hats off to Keith. Thank you!
