I went inside to order food for my kids I am on crutches due to recovery of hip surgery, I would like to give a shout out to the employee who was working at that time as he asked me why I was on crutches I explained, he then proceeded to ask me if I needed any assistance I told him I did he asked what I wanted and he went and got everything off the shelf I asked for he then proceed to ask me if I needed assistance with carrying my bags to the car I said yes he then proceeded to carry all my bags to the car and also get the door for me on my exit out. 5 stars for customer service!!!

Love Sheetz! Their milkshakes are awesome! I also like their Wisconsin cheese bites. Plus it's great that we don't have to pay to put air in our tire. I feel they do care about their customers and giving them the best service.

I pulled in to use the free air, and the machine was malfunctioning. Two different employees came out to help me, and ended up offering me a free food item coupon for my trouble. Went inside, and used the very clean bathroom and ordered a sandwich. The food was good, the service was great, even in the face of a steady line and a quarrelsome woman in line next to me.

Clean with restrooms. Many pumps so no line for gas, at close to $5 per gallon you probably won't find any anyway, except Costco. They have some really tasty food items and a huge selection of beverages.

I travel a lot and this Sheetz IS my favorite. The staff really care and go out of their way to help. If I'm picking up an online order I like to go in the store because if the staff. They don't know I am; they treat everyone well. They all need a bonus!!!

Great new sheetz facility. Like all other Sheetz locations this one serves food. Unlike all other Sheetz I've been to, this one features a bunch of stop signs that are ignored. Nothing that can really be done about that, just don't assume people will stop for you is all.

I love sheets.... Has really nice Restrooms. And it can handle large capacities of people no problem. The shelves are always well stocked.

My husband wants to thank you guys for taking your time making your smoothies. He's frequented other Sheetz in the area and they are never as good as the Willow Street location.

We've had great experiences here. Ordering food on the app and picking up at the drive-thru always goes smoothly.

I went in after visiting a good friend in Willow St. Ingot my gas and then went in the store to order a cheeseburger with pickles and ketchup. It was very good. I will definitely go back!!

Love that the air compressor machine is free and has an automatic air pressure sensor system that stops at the given pressure you assign it to. Did I mention that it's free?

Ordered food online. Was done right as we got there. Everything was hot and order was correct.

Clean bathrooms. Cashier very nice and helpful.
