AT&T Store

Lindsey was superb to work with in lining up fiber optic line for my new construction. Talking on the phone with their 1-800
# got me nowhere, but Lindsey knew exactly what to do amd she cares about her customers with efficiency. I also appreciated Donivan’s help on the phone when Lindsey was not in the office.

Donavon was super helpful and offered great customer service. We left feeling very happy and were given great information in making our decisions. Will request him next time we go back!

Jarred and Ashley are exemplary! Brevard store was closed 2hrs before advertised so we went to Arden. Arriving 15 minutes prior to closing and having them still take care of our transfer from another carrier (with bells and whistles), making sure we had what we needed affordability and plan wise, was above and beyond. We left the store 50 minutes AFTER closing. The team work at that store is fantastic. WONDERFUL, AMAZING, TIME SAVING!!

Normally, I hate cell phone stores. BUT!!!
DYLAN!!! He's the man. He made our experience so easy and painless. I am difficult. He was patient and helpful. Dylan was knowledgeable and handled multiple customers effortlessly.. world class!!!

I almost turned around when I saw so many customers, but they greeted me and assured me I would be handled quickly. Which they did!

I am writing this review to talk about how amazing and professional my experience with Lindsey was at the AT&T store. I walked in, ready to change carriers because I wasn't getting what I needed in my current phone plan. She did not try to sway my opinion, but she laid out some simple facts about this other carrier and offered to take a look at my current plan. After about 30 seconds, she realized that I could be on a different plan that would not only save me money, but would give me the unlimited data, calls, and texts that I was wanting to accomplish by moving to the other carrier. Not only that but she noticed I was eligible for an upgrade - still skeptical, I politely declined, until she told me it would cost only $10/month for the iPhone 13 for 36 months!! I thought that was incredible!! (The iPhone 14 Max, which seems great, is $140/month, and I don't need the newest greatest edition so the 13 was exactly what I needed). Not only was she able to save me money on my new unlimited plan, but she helped me change my number and set up the new phone for just $11 dollars more than what my bill was before.

So to recap, I wanted to leave my service with AT&T after being a customer for nearly 20 years, but thanks to Lindsey and her incredible skills and service, I am still an AT&T customer. I hope AT&T realizes what a star they have in Lindsey.

My sister and I went into the AT&T sore in Arden, NC. As soon as the door opened Paul, AT&T Associate, greeted us.
When it was finally our turn to get waited on, Paul was extremely outgoing and knowledgeable and a great sense of humor.
We both got new phones and every question we had, Paul answered.
Could not have asked for a better Associate or experience.

When I walked through the door I was immediately greeted and asked what the reason was for my visit that day, I waited for a few short minutes before Lindsey helped me get set up with my phone plan without delay. I was in and out of the store with a new phone and phone plan in less than 45 minutes.

The AT&T staff member who helped us was very nice and helpful. He explained everything thoroughly and was super patient with all of the system complications. Shout out to Shawn for being a great help and Sales Consultant.

Meredith, was very nice and helpful working with us to upgrade our Android phone to a newer model.

Lindsey is so incredibly smart and efficient. She knew exactly what we needed and how to solve all of our issues. She made transferring from Verizon to AT&T a breeze!!!

Ryan was amazing I needed help switching over my phones from the old ones to the new ones and he was able to help me and help others so that they weren't waiting forever

There was a tremendous wait due to staffing issues. However, Anthony & Johnathan both were pleasant and took the time to great each customer as they entered the store and thanked them for their patience as they waited. While they were helping us they remained calm and engaged with us. We never felt as though they were trying to rush through the transaction to get to the next person. They were friendly, informative, and thorough.
My son and I truly appreciated both young men and the incredible character they displaced working under the staffing shortage. Even though we had to wait quite a while, we left as soon customers to AT&T. I’m glad we took the time and am pleased with our first encounter.

This AT&T location is great. Every sales rep is a pleasure to work with.I couldn’t recommend them more. I walked in and they helped me set my new AT&T fiber account in less than 15 mins.

I am writing to commend Michael who was incredibly kind and thorough in helping my aunt and me sort out a complicated situation with her phones on 10/20. He assisted us while also efficiently triaging several other customer requests. We were so grateful for his assistance and hope he was finally able to eat his lunch!
