Love Dunkin this time of year. Pumpkin Spice Latte with caramel and almond milk! Delish!

Okay before I start, it must be said I am a big Dunkin' fan! My kids love Starbucks but I don't see the appeal. However, I still try to be objective when reviewing the different Dunkin establishments.

First off, the building was clean and tidy. The inside was open for dining and it was a nice quiet place to sit and enjoy a beverage and sweet treat.

Secondly, I did not go through the drive thru, I ordered inside. I find that it is easier to order specific drinks if one is talking to a person. With that being said the barista was friendly, direct, and understanding. She took my order quickly and went out of her way to make sure the drink specialist understood what I wanted. So big thanks Julia you are a Rock Star!

For clarification, my drink (pictured below), is a Med Frozen coffee with 4 pumps of caramel, and whipped cream blended into the drink as well as on top. I like mine to be bitter sweet. Definitely try it!

Finally, if there is a down side it's the lack of selection with the donuts. But I still had to get some munchkins for myself and my tiny ones.

All in all, 9.5 out of 10! Excellent service and drink was made to perfection!

Franchise is located on Hendersonville Highway just before the turn for Long Shoals. Zippy quick drive thru and a traffic light on the corner makes this a great place to pick up your cuppa for your commute.

Absolutely love the Dunkin girls here. They are super nice, always greet me with respect and care. Best Dunkin for miles. ❤✨

Today I and my mom was first time there April 28, 2018. Just buy two chocolate creme doughnuts🍩🍩 and water cup. Oh 😮 delicious 😋 good doughnuts 💕

Cathy is such a sweetheart! She really goes above and beyond! I love the brown sugar chipotle bacon sandwich and the coffee is made just the way I like it. McDonald's coffee comes in 2nd to Dunkin Donuts!

Great drive thru service. Attentive clerk with friendly smile. Ordered a small coffee was given a medium size and she did not charge more. She stated that because it was already poured into the larger cup she would not charge more and said enjoy.

In today's economy all savings are helpful.

We were on vacation from FL. My wife is a regular at Dunkin and thought the service here was phenomenal. The employees always had a smile on their faces. We went to this location a total of 3 times during our week vacation. Each time we were very satisfied. Thank you for all your hard work! 😊

Clean and friendly staff, enjoyed the chai latte and tomato basil grilled cheese.

The service was awesome. All the ladies were polite, very efficient, and professional. It was great to sit down and enjoy my coffee and sandwich.

Come here every day for my Medium Vanilla Latte and they never do it wrong ... They have excellent service and they are nice ! Even if they have a lot of people .

I haven't been to a Dunkin donuts in years and this is near where I work and there's a drive thru which is convenient so i gave it a try. They have almond milk and their coffee has better flavors and taste than Starbucks. The staff are so nice and friendly, even at 630 am.

This was a real O C C A S I O N A L treat for me, but 2 Glazed n 1 apple cinnamon were just what I craved. Yummy.

I always order from here for large morning work events. The store manager is available and helps me with my order and loading it into the car. He also comes in just to make sure the order is correct and ready on time. I will always order from them for large events.

The staff really make this location great! Dylan and Evening are absolutely fantastic, as are the rest of the crew. They start making my order assoon as I walk in so my sandwich and drink are waiting for me at the register. They really are the best!

I had the waffle sandwich and gave my bacon to my sis. The sandwich was delicious! Drink was a caramel cappuccino... Delicious!! The young lady that checked us out was the sweetest. I recommend this place.

Yeah so diabetics probably shouldn't go near this place but ....... every once in a while I do. I had one great glazed donut. Service was great and fast.
