They didn’t apply the 50% off my drink at first but I went in and they refunded me the difference which I really appreciated — thank you, I know it’s only a few dollars but it meant a lot that you fixed it!

Very convenient for folks driving along the interstate, with a drive-thru for those who prefer to keep on the move. We preferred to take a break from sitting in the car, and were met with friendly smiles and careful attention to our order. The coffee was good, as expected. The loudspeakers were not too loud, the toilet was sparklingly clean - this was at about 11 in the morning. Recommended.

I went in a blah mood, but the staff there were very friendly and wished me a happy birthday, flipped my day around!

The place is hidden, so your GPS will be a blessing. But everything else was on point. The drinks (crunch ribbon frap and ice Chai latte) tasted wonderful. The best part was my pumpkin load was warm and not doughy (something I had experienced a few times in the past at other locations).

I asked for my drink to be drowned in Carmel and they didn't disappoint, this is my favorite Starbucks in the Asheville area and me and my coworker come here just enough that they know our order

Best Starbucks I’ve ever been too. Everyone is super friendly. The line moves fast. The food is perfectly cared for. I’ve never had the bread be so soft anywhere else. My drinks are made perfectly each time.

Quick drive thru. Very friendly employees. The drinks are very consistent. I ordered the same ice coffee. No matter who makes it, the coffee always taste great.

By far the BEST Starbucks beverages to date! We really wanted something different, so we asked Tristan for suggestions. You can tell a well trained, professional person when you interact with them. So refreshing!!
After a few questions two cups of awesome was made!! LOL, It was one of those drinks that you take little sips to make it last!!!
We definitely will be back whenever we are in the area!!

This is my favorite Starbucks because the employees are super friendly and happy, even at 6am when they open they are smiling :) the drinks are always great and consistent. The drive thru is crazy fast too.

Finally back from being trapped overseas to a nice place with great customer service to go alone with great coffee. Maggie was extremely helpful and taught me how to use the app better to preorder. The young lady that brought me out the coffee with a big smile made me think that there is still hope for America! Great experience....I'll be back!

Completely nailed it! The perfect blonde roast cup was made, not only fresh ground, robust and full bodied, but neither ‘tanked’ nor stale. Great peppermint latte (perfect) as well as the breakfast foods. Well worth the price and were very timely. Friendly and Top stars! Sunday morning, 11-26-17.

The manager and baristas very nice and all wished me a happy birthday! (I was getting my birthday drink) I don't live here but when I travel I always make time to stop at this Starbucks location. I've never had a less than amazing experience here.

I always come across friendly, organized baristas here. They've never messed up my drink order in years of going here on the way to work.

WiFI was really great! u can get your stuff inside or at the drive though and the parking area is a good size i could pull my Converted box truck in no problem!

Great place to write, that is if you don't mind the chatting that comes with the coffee shop atmosphere. Staff is super friendly and attentive to their customers. If you haven't been you need to come and enjoy... and by the way, the coffee is good too!

After a few bumps we are back! My favorite StarBucks, so far, on the East Coast!

Always fast and correct. Positive vibes and genuine care for their customers.

Always quick, friendly staff, consistently well made drinks and food. Can't stand the politics of the corporate overlords but then again a lot of the employees in my local stores agree with me.
