He was responsive, creative, and extremely competent...my finished product could not have been better. His design and function ideas help me detail my blueprints for a stunning glass view that withstands 140 mph wind gusts. Jackie helped me think through design and aesthetic details to match my ideas with product realities. She always responded quickly and thoroughly to my every question, no followup needed from me, ever.... She's a pro. The install team was efficient and detail oriented. Billy Stewart is an example of the best kind of sales representative. My husband and I felt no pressure, were given lots of time to think through what we needed, and to discuss the options and cost with Billy. During the course of building our house, we had experience with a lot of different people, and our time with Billy Stewart definitely among the most favorable of any. He genuinely wants to have satisfied customers, and we are now among them.

Eugene came out and was a great and respectable guy. He didn't push any sales on us and I told him what our budget was and that we may need to finance and he was fine with that. Also no long drawn out story about how good their windows are this and that which I appreciated. He gets along well with pets as he has a big dog of his own he showed us a picture of on his phone while he was here. I even told him I wanted a new storm door and to which he told me they don't do just whole storm doors they do the whole entry ways including any sidelights. He told me upfront that he didn't think I needed to waste my money on a while new entry way because my door was in good shape as I had just repainted it a couple of years ago. That right there told me he was he was more of an honest person than alot of people are. I still plan on doing business with Eugene in future due to the great experience me and my mom had with him.

Eugene took the time to meet with me and show me the two lines of windows I was considering - even though the new showroom was still in the process of being readied. I appreciated his knowledge in answering my questions and pointing out the differences between the two that helped me zero in on the right style for my renovation goals. We had a great experience ordering replacement windows/doors with Billy Stewart. Although we knew generally what we wanted, my husband and I are both picky about every single detail. We ended up needing multiple variations of quotes before we decided on exactly what we wanted. The windows needed to be replaced in my residential home. I contacted 3 separate window companies and chose Pella because they were the only company that could offer me what I wanted for my home. Custom windows, colors, aesthetic, hardware, and most importantly, warranty all came with the Pella guarantee. Billy had an excellent sales pitch; professional, personable and well executed. The price was a little on the higher end for the project but they assured me that I'd get exactly what I was looking for in both the short term and long term. Before the ink was dry on the contract, Marten the project manager, was out next day to measure to get the job started. The project took about +/- 6 months and Shawna, the Pella rep, kept me updated with the progress during the manufacturing of the windows. When installation time came Shawna and Marten contacted me to get a convenient date to start. It was only 3 weeks after Pella received the custom windows. The Pella subcontracted crew showed on time, fully supplied and ready to work. Bret Ingram was lead and he and his team did a fantastic job!! Being from WNC, projects can run slow but not these guys. They got to work immediately and knocked it out in a day and half. My house was hand built in the 1980s with custom windows and it can be tricky to work on but bret and crew did a professional job. I can't say enough about how great of a job they did. Their work was well executed and the windows look amazing!! They even cleaned up before they left. Bret also followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied or if there were any other issues (which there wasn't). I highly recommend Bret Ingram's crew to anyone looking for major projects. Overall, I couldn't be happier with Pella and the way this window replacement project happened. Everyone I dealt with was professional and accommodating. If I had to do it all over again I would definitely call Pella: Billy, Shawna, Marten, and Bret & crew Thanks for all the hard work. Y'all did a fantastic job!!
