I come into this store quite a bit and I just want to brag on the girl with dark hair. She talks to me and answers all of my questions and recommends things to me! I love her attitude as well.

An employee there by the name of Kiara helped me here a few days ago and was very kind. She helped walk me through everything I needed and had excellent customer service. Will be coming here again

I was looking for the Mario Castle as our wedding cake. This store was out, but they called around and found us the last one close by. They have excellent customer service.

This is actually one of the better GameStops. After the mask restrictions lifted I was able to walk in without one, which is great for me because within minutes of wearing a mask my O2 levels go from 99 to 89.

I'm usually able to find what I'm looking for here, albeit if I'm looking for a game with its original cover art and case I'm better to go anywhere but a GameStop.

I managed to find a digital ps5 pre-owned by pure stroke of luck at this location, which unfortunately had trouble reading ps4-formatted external hard drives. This was an issue that would've been impossible to know about without trying to plug one in, so when I called the store and brought it to their attention they immediately set about finding a replacement for me. Matt kept on top of communicating with their distribution center and tracking the replacement for me until it arrived. The replacement works perfectly and I am now the happy owner of a PS5! The crew has always been knowledgeable and courteous when I've shopped at this location, but Matt really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and I think it deserves a shout-out.

Stopped in to purchase a gift card. Service was quick and easy.

Regan, the manager, was most helpful providing a local store specializing in tabletop gaming (Dungeons and Dragons). I am impressed with this kind of customer service. Thank you, Regan.

The store is also clean and organized, which is helpful. I was also impressed with the amount of Vita titled.

Zach was amazing....He was so patient helping me switch my animal horizon from the lite to a reg. switch ....it was hard but he called the manager Amanda and some others ...and they all helped with me not losing the game...and all my other stuff on my lite.....I want to Ty you so much ...because I spent so much time on my game to have it disappear😊😊😊🤩🤩🤩

Although I missed out on the initial launch of the SNES Classic, I asked to be placed on their callback list for a reship, expecting to never hear from them. Imagine my surprise when I got a call, rushed over, and finally procured my system. Huzzah! Thanks GameStop! I love it when a business does what it says it will do. It shouldn't be so unusual so as to warrant a 5-star review, but unfortunately in today's climate, when a business actually follows through on its promises, it deserves props.

Amanda and Zach are awesome!!! Always glad to see me and both are very helpful and informative. Both Zach and Amanda always try to engage with the customers. Very great team with great customer service. Amanda suggested I should pre order the super mario 3D world with bowser's fury for the switch. I'm glad I did. One of the best mario games I've played.

The team members here are always awesome! Great at answering questions and never get frustrated how stupid they are. They're always there to help you and keep your best interest in mind. Today, I received my order of Sly 2: Band of Thieves I'd ordered online because sadly they don't have PS2 games in store. The game I received was totally unplayable. The circle in the middle of the game was cracked and it almost looked like the game had been bitten or poked by something hard. The team members gave me a refund (minus my shipping, they weren't able to refund that) and their sympathies. Thank y'all for being so kind to me through a process literally everyone involved dreads.

Many games not found elsewhere. Helpful very friendly staff. Neat and organized. Once I walk in with a quick glance I can find what section the game I'm looking for is at. And the Manager Regan is the best person ever.

Staff is super friendly and very helpful, have been a LONG time GameStop customer and this location always seems to impress. Would recommend this location to anyone and everyone.

Cool dudes. Came to help. One told me they didn't have the game I wanted in stock. As I was opening the door he was corrected by fellow associate. Alls well that ends well.

Great Store ! Super helpful Staff. Always so kind and I'm always greeted right when I walk in the door. Always honest and they never sell you up. They give you the game or information you need and explain how it works, what doesn't and why. Hands down the best gamestore chain in the south and Gamestop has it @ another store if you can't find it here.
The only negative thing I could say is there XBOX ONE*selection could be larger and a little cheaper.
