AT&T Store

AT&T by far is not only the most reliable rural service for Northern Michigan, Sault Ste Marie area but also the most amazing customer service!
I have personally dealt with Macy on three separate occasions along with all of the employees there in the years of service that I have been using AT&T and I am always impressed. Not only do they go out of the way to get you the best deal on a new phone or new line but they also, educate you on services that are available that would benefit your family that are more cost-effective than what you currently have. AT&T as a company I am also super impressed with when I call there I experience exceptional service feeling valued as a customer. Thanks again Macy for being so friendly, professional making me feel valued as a customer!

Awesome store! All staff are very helpful. Seeing people that are disappointed in the trade-in process should not hold this particular store accountable. They are only retail. And are not part of the billing.
When I come in there they are always helpful and tell me what to anticipate. When there is an error on the billing or whatever, stop holding the authorized retail responsible for issues!

I have been a life long Android user and had always used a prepaid plan. I became fed up with poor service so I came into the Sault Ste Marie store with my daughter. We received wonderful service from Macy. She helped my daughter get set up with First Net and I walked out with a brand new iPhone.Everyone in the store was great!

I love this store! Adam was very helpful and knew his stuff. He found me great deals that saved me money and time. This store needs more members like Adam! Thank you Adam you were very polite professional and easy to work with.

Sault Ste Marie, Michigan store on 3/6/2024, I went in to upgrade my phone that I've had for 2 years. Macy P. said HI, welcome to AT&T, and how may I help you! I said" I have a lot of questions and I need to upgrade my phone". Macy said "come over to this table top, let me get a tablet, I will be right back, and I will answer all your questions and get you set up with a new phone!" Macy did exactly that and more, while listening to me rattle on and on. She was very polite, efficient, knowledgeable and even asked, Adam, to get an answer to 1of my weird questions. I like to give KUDOS, to people who go above and beyond. MACY P. DID! Thank you! I got my new phone!

Although the customer was very rude and condescending, Chris held his composure and still upgraded his line. After explaining things pertaining to the sim card not transferring pics and contacs, the customer stated that Chris said that it did. I Heard Chris several times repeat that sims do not transfer data but connect them to the network. Hearing that customer go off made me very uncomfortable. These employees go lengths to service you and don't deserve to be disrespected. Please visit this store as their employees go above and beyond.

I went into to get a phone and Chris was SUPER helpful. He explained all my options to me and even went over the features of the phones I was interested in. Definitely recommend asking for Chris when you are in need of helpful information.
