Big Lots

Lots of good bargains to be had very friendly staff.

This store has something nowhere else you will find in town: Ninja movies! Not just ninja but a pretty good selection of Japanese action movies also.

I don't stop in often but when I do the employees are polite and friendly. The store was clean and organized well. Prices are where you'd expect for Big Lots which are pretty decent.

They have beds and furniture which is great. We got my sister in law a bed and mattress a few months ago and she likes it.

Again, I mainly go in to grab half a dozen Japanese action movies at once. (Yes some people still buy movies on discs lol). Overall I can say I have never stopped in and felt the store was dirty or had a bad experience.

I received an email for an additional 10% off if you chose curbside pickup for the presidents sale they were having. Unfortunately when I selected the couch at my local store it said it was unavailable. So I went to the store told them of the issue and the gentleman that helped me was able to give me the discount no problem and they did have the couch in stock. Thank you so much for such great service my family loves our new couch!!!

Kathy was awesome. She went above and beyond. All the emplyees did but i forgot their names. I hope i got kathys right. The sault ste marie michigan store has friendly, employee around. My favorite place to shop in the soo. Still today i love this store

I just have to share the fantastic experience that I had at Big Lots in the Soo today. First time at this store. I walk in and young man who was unboxing furniture as if he could help. He assisted me with choosing a futon mattress. I was impressed that the store had 3 cushion demo of futons that my son could “try out”. Then the employee, Kyle, checked the back room for inventory. I was able to pay at his furniture checkout. And he brought it to my vehicle and loaded it in. Kyle was a pleasure to deal with! The whole experience brought the term Customer Service to mind. As we drove off I commented to my son that what we experienced was A+ service. So again my thanks to Kyle who obviously cares about his customers. My experience there made my day. I will be a repeat customer!

Nice friendly place could get more stuff in store

Bigs lots is a good place to buy furniture. They always have a big selection to choose from. Toys, wrapping paper, cards. Holiday decor is reasonably priced.

I went to Big Lots to buy a recliner and the guys in the furniture dept were great ! Love the chair ! If and when I need other furniture I will check there first.
