This morning I went here to pick up coffees for my crew. Five guys and only one of them ordered an actual coffee. The rest had ice caps or a plain bagel.
I do not really understand why I can't get a plastic straw for my plastic cup with the plastic lid... One video of a turtle on the internet and straws are banned... No one on Epsteins client list in jail though... Makes sense.

There is new ultra “smart guy”who takes orders, seems like a manager. Not at all nice to talk to. Probably the worst vibe ever. Although who cares as long as the conversation is just for 10 secs but if you feel the customer service isnt great, he might be the person who took your order.

Always great. I especially like the service I get greeted warmly and the ladies make certain that I can handle my order safely to my seat. Their kindness always makes my day and ensures that I will always be a loyal customer.

I always order vanilla iced coffee with x2 sausage farmers wrap now you know 🤙🏼 customer service 🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼 (some branches need improvement)

I was craving a coffee and that's what I ordered but I was a little indecisive about what to get with it; however, the cashier was patient with me and before long I had an everything bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese on its way. It wasn't just a smidgen of it, it was a decent amount and I was satisfied with my food and the customer service. I got my coffee fix too so I was pleased all around.

Fresh updates were recently made to the outside and inside and has recently reopened since renovations were completed. Staff has always been inviting and efficient. One of the more popular locations as the parking lot is a frequent hangout spot among locals and Tim Horton's enthusiasts alike.

Awesome coffee, great variety of specialty drinks, fast service polite staff & the food is pretty good too.
Just a quick update, the staff are still incredibly polite and have really stepped up the time it takes to get your order. Their accuracy is also largely increased. They have gotten my orders 100% spot on since I can remember & I'm a daily visitor with a changing order everytime. The food is decent for a coffee shop and the beverages are 2nd to none. The new creamy chills are awesome but I wish they kept the strawberry flavored one. There is also a new chicken sandwich for $1.99 available if you want something different. Tim Horton's also offers the rewards card now too, in which every 7 purchases you get a free beverage. Only downside is the card can only be scanned once every 30min & thats to stop you from buying 1 item at a time and getting multiple scans for every item you ordered. So if you want to take advantage of multiple items ordered and do each purchase separately then just use multiple cards. Time consuming but a great way to get a couple beverages free, so you can use the coffee change you save on one of their awesome donuts.

Quick stop to grab a drink and snack while heading on our vacation east. Clean restaurant. Friendly staff

This was the Tim Hortons open near to our hotel. It was quite busy in the morning. It took almost 25 mins for us to order breakfast and come out. There was not drive through here.

Great service, excellent coffee, donut and my bacon grilled cheese melt was made perfect....

John St Tim's has an excellent staff..always fast and friendly and coffee is the best.. with exception of the bumps in the drive thru, it's always fast even in the long line ups great work John St. Tummies!!!!!
