You will literally never have an easier or more pleasant buying experience than you will at this small, local Verizon dealer. Heaven and JP are both rock star associates who go out of their way to give the best service possible to their customers.

Originally went to the Verizon store off Alcoa. Employee acted like he didn't care if he sold anything. I had to ask about cases and other chargers. He didn't have any knowledge of the phones either. Still I did my own research while I was in the store and decided on a phone. The employee did not activate my phone and did not have the equipment to transfer pictures, apps, etc. So I went to the Verizon off of Military Road, and they were amazing. Helped with with transferring my contacts and everything. Plus answered a bunch of unrelated questions I had about other phones.

I went in because my phone sometimes doesn't receive calls. Bri was very friendly and helped me swap out the Sim card. We had a nice conversation while waiting for everything to be activated.

Helpful, knowledgeable, patient, kind, and tenacious staff. If you have a problem, they won't stop until they solve it. And, they'll find you the best deals!

If you are in Benton, use Verizon for cell service and want to have an excellent experience doing business this is the place you want to go. Excellent service! Great at helping you solve problems and they enjoy what they do.

Shari was so helpful. 4 of us got new phones or transferred to another phone. She helped all of us transfer contacts, pictures etc..

The customer service was outstanding. They was helpful. They were well informed. They went beyond to help us on our phone purchase, and transfer of data to new phone.
