AT&T Store

Dustin was knowledgeable and helpful. He recommended a way to save me money each month and made sure my son got exactly what he was looking for. He customer service was outstanding.

I came in on Tuesday, December 12 desperate to find a phone for my job so that I could download the Microsoft Authenticator App since my phone was too old to do it. After being greeted by the sales associate (sorry, I didn't get his name), he listened to my problem and was able to suggest a couple of newer models that fit my price range. He carefully explained the differences and advantages of each model so that I could make a wise choice, and went so far as to transfer my data to the new phone. I am so happy, so relieved, and so thankful! Professional service, knowledgeable staff, friendly atmosphere. I'm thankful to be a part of the AT&T community.

Logan was very knowledgeable about the AT&T products, quoting prices readily and explaining the details so that there were no surprises. He also worked efficiently through problems he was experiencing with the system, getting the help he needed quickly and proceeding with the trouble shooting with ease. He is an asset to the company! 👍

Stopped in today, Sunday, to fix a cracked screen protector. The young man in the store was amazing🤗 King, on his A~game, efficient, and sweet.

My entire experience was fantastic! The young man who helped me greeted me promptly upon my entry, and was completely attentive to me the entire visit. He was very friendly and always smiling, and provided all the answers and feedback to all my concerns.
My only "cons" are that the store interior looks old and tired, the front door is broken with a handmade sign taped to the glass, and the uniform, aside from the company shirt, was very casual and sloppy.
Otherwise, I highly recommend this business and will return again.

Awesome customer service from Kay and Coco. My mother went in over a Sim card issue and they took complete care of her. I really appreciate people going the extra mile. Just wanted to point out them for going above and beyond. Thank you.

My husband and I experienced great service from Nick B. as we purchased new phones. He asked what we were looking for in a phone and how we used our phone. He showed us a model that would work for us without any pressure to purchase a more expensive model. He and a coworker did an excellent job of tag-teaming as other customers as they entered the store so everyone received that attention they needed without long wait times. NIck also helped us set up the new phones and answered questions we had. He was extremely friendly and personable. We were very impressed with the overall service we received and we are grateful for it.

Went to Lincolnway in Goshen IN. today and had awesome service. The manager Kay was amazing and her assistant Cocoa was just as awesome!! I will recommend this store to everyone!!

I had the opportunity to be helped by Nick Bucher today. He was extremely helpful with my phone replacement. He has a great personality and very friendly! No complaints from me.

Josh was extremely helpful today. He answered my questions and adjusted my bill to the correct amount. He even suggested a way to allow us watch our grandson's baseball games this weekend using our cell phones and TV.

I have been with at&t for three years now, the customer service has always been satisfactory but not great, recently I went to the goshen location to find out if they would release my number to another carrier, planning on switching. Instead of switching I added a line to my account and bought two new phones. Nicholas Bucher was my customer service representative, he was the most helpful salesperson I have ever had in a phone e store. Got me a great deal and transferred my old phone's data to the new ones for me.

All of the associates are knowledgeable and friendly. My husband joined me on the senior all inclusive plan. Unlimited everything
