The UPS Store

I’ve been going here for 3 years returning Amazon packages that I have repackaged in original packing, new packaging, or that only require the scan of a QR code (no box). At times these have been very frequent returns.

Early on, when I brought a box in that wasn’t fully packaged, the woman at the store told me that next time they’d have to reject it or charge for packaging in-store. She wasn’t rude and it’s certainly reasonable that she, as a business owner, doesn’t need to consistently defray my costs.

I happily use this UPS regularly.

I have used this UPS service countless times [more than 100 times] for over 7 years. They are outstanding. Totally honest. Have repackaged innumerable items for me and shipped it. Everything they do is fabulous. I was prompted to write because I noted the haters {seriously some of you people have issues}. I have tried the UPS near Montgomery Mall and while they are competent they are not as NICE. The staff at this store are so nice. You should ship it from here. I have also used all the Fedex stores in Bethesda and North Bethesda who also do a fine job but it always seems to take longer. I have never been any place that makes it easier to ship items.

Great UPS store, I've always done my Amazon Prime returns here with no problem. Just print the amazon return code or show it to them on your phone and you'll be in and out in 30 seconds.

All of the negative reviews are beyond me...I have not once had a bad experience here...

Very patient, professional and honest staff. For the first time at a UPS store, they took the time to explain the different options and rates for the package I have mailed many times before compared to other locations where I have paid much more for unnecessary, additional costs. I found this location by searching on Google, but had a very difficult time finding the actual storefront. The shopping center has not given a unit number. The entrance to the mall is located under the CitiBank sign.

I've been using the UPS store in the Potomac Village mall for about 20 years. I'm completely mystified by the myriad of negative reviews posted about them, because my experience with this store has been uniformly positive. The personnel are friendly, their service is prompt and efficient, and I have never had a package go astray... People complain that it's hard to find. Maybe that's an intelligence test...

I don’t ship everything from here (because of the price), but when it’s important, this is the place. The customer service is excellent, they package everything up perfectly, and the packages always arrive intact and on time. Much better than the postal service—you truly do get what you pay for!

I have been using this store for 3 years and they are great! Always helpful, always professional, store is clean and organized. They’ve also managed COVID well. Keep up the good work!

A staff member here named Yumi was so kind in helping me mail something out last minute, for which I am really grateful. Note: the last mail pickup is at 6:30 pm each day!
