Tyler helped me pick out my camera for my upcoming company and I could not be pleased more. I been in there like 10 times since then asking for him. Tyler is is also Knowledgeable and down to earth and really easy to talk to. Definitely recommend him if your buying a camera 📷 or lens he's your guy ! And I'll be in soon for that g master 2 lens .

Great customer service and great selection. Wouldn't say anything bad about this place. William was amazing and helped me with my modem choice. Also the 15% trade in on my old modem was a nice thank you for continuing to shop with them. Will definitely be back.

Best Buy I am very happy with my purchase. The staff was friendly & helpful, and they helped me find the best deal for my budget. They also offered me a price match guarantee, which means they matched the lower price of a competitor if I found one .  Best Buy has a great return policy, so I know I can return or exchange the if I have any issues within 15 days. I would definitely recommend Best Buy to anyone looking for electronics. They have a wide selection, good prices, & excellent customer service.

I needed a new receiver. I looked online. Most places were going to be a week. Went to Best Buy online, pretty sure where I bought my last one, and I looked online was able to shop from their store in Fort Myers and they had a new one that was opened box for $100 off, I bought it online and went and picked it up. I was having problems couldn’t get back surrounds to work right and I was going to return it, but I called the number through the app for Support and I got some help even though it was aggravating because their English was a little broken. But they did fix my one issue and they sent out geek squad for the other issue and they didn’t charge me. They came quickly, the same day, and in a few minutes all was resolved and all is well and I didn’t have to return this thing that had nothing wrong with it. My computer and DVR settings needed changed . I’m rocking in my house like I used to. I think Best Buy is great and I’m so glad you’re still there, because sometimes you need a receiver now.

Was lost at what to get for one more last minute gift but the manager gave me a great idea that cost only $60. I was shocked to I was about 70th in line but it only took about 20 minutes to get to the register. Cashier was very upbeat and courteous.

Great selection of in-stock products, good pricing and excellent service (when the store is not overly busy).

Jeremiah, a part of the Geek Squad crew, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when my husband and I came in with a defective tv and decided we wanted to upgrade since we were there. He took the time to take care of us and didn’t make us wait again

Chris at the Samsung Kiosk was incredibly helpful! I had gone to my provider in the past for issues but they were of no help. Despite it being wayy out of his job description, he went out of his way to help me and answer all of my questions. Wonderful experience here!

Two days ago a friend and I went to Best buy Fort Myers to get a new gaming PC. We met Don, a salesman with 11 years of experience, he gave us a great service and made it easy for us to pick what we where looking for. If you guys ever go to buy anything ask for Don and you won't regret it. Best service guaranteed

Ordered online and picked up. Seamless. Quick. The employee was pleasant and had a nice smile. It was pouring, so I looked time wandering around. So many great electronics and video games. This store is located in a good mall with lots of other major brand stores.

Corbin was extremely helpful and took time to help me pick out an item without feeling as if I was a burden.

Always my go-to for electronics. Shopped at 9 am peacefully and quietly. Was able to knock-out most of the people on my list! Thanks Best Buy 👌🏽

Best Buy always has what I'm looking for whether it's a new modem compatible with xfinity Comcast. Or blue screen shield for my new samsung galaxy s 23 that I buy direct from Samsung. USA once you pay them the first time for the phone and full when you need new and every 2 years they do a diagnostic. You send it back as a trade Inn, and you're. Next phone is $349. When you eat the case for the phone in the screen shield or modem for xfinity compatibility. Orthomas drives tobacco your information, so you don't have to pay for backup. You go to best buy Your med at the front door ask. What's your looking for the greater types in gets a rep to take care of you. Meet you and whatever I all they tell you to go to. And if you had something ordered, you just go to the order desk. Pick it up, can't beat it.

Stopped in to look at new TVs. Tommy helped us understand exactly what we needed. He was a wealth of information.

Im leaving this review for one of the associates Tim upfront on register. He is always kinda and remembering of customers who do come in the store. As nice as it is to have someone asking if you need help at the door most of those associates seem uninterested or uninviting. Regardless this location does have some great customer service, especially from associates like Tim!

My Husband and I went in to purchase a TV and were lucky enough to have Nick help us select the perfect one. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in terms that even I would understand. He is a huge asset to your store and he deserves to be recognized for doing such a great job!

Best Buy has really upped their customer service! Had a billing issue with my phone plan; ATT wasn't much help. Went to BB mobile and a young man named Steven was able to iron out the problem in under 10 minutes. Thank you! Best buy has done a great job updating with the times. Everything is streamlined in person and online.

It seems a lot of the Best Buy’s lately have been doing this and I’m glad. Again this one is really great and run help me out with my VR purchase you know I have a customer for life. Henry and Jim over at best buy fort Myers were just so accommodating and helpful even bringing the new tvs we purchased to our trunk and Henry loaded them too ! It was raining slightly and so we couldn't be more grateful . Thanks fellows for being amazing
