Trent did a neat and professional job, cleaned up and left nothing behind for disposal. We have used Aztec services many times, and every experience has been favorable. Like the techs before him, Trent was very knowledgeable and we feel confident in his work. He installed a new Hot water tank "same day" with minimal disruption to our lives.

Aztec was quick to respond to our need. The technician was friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. He quickly confirmed the area of the leak And immediately went to work to correct the issue. Dispatch sent a tech out very quickly. Zachary was amazing! Super friendly, went above and beyond. Quickly snaked the line, he used the shop vac to clean the tubs and all I had to do was disinfect. It was so nice not to have to touch any waste after it backed up into the tub. 10/10

Aztec was great to work with - especially for us being 3000 miles from Cape Coral at the time of service. Jordon was great. He phoned and informed me of the pertinent details. The repair was executed professionally. And, Jordon assisted me in determining that it would be suggested to change out our timer and hose as well. Fabulous customer service. The 3 young men, led by Devin, couldn't have been more courteous, professional, friendly, and informative. I owned and ran a customer service oriented company for 35 years these are the kind of employees I would want to deal with my customers. We had our 2/2 condo repiped and Aztec was by far the most competitive and even included drywall repair in their estimate. They did a great job cleaning up after as well. Also kudos to the management that hired these 3 terrific workers

Charlie did an excellent job installing our tankless hot water heater. He was very friendly, professional and went above and beyond what we expected. He thoroughly cleaned the job site as well. Highly recommend him and Aztec.

I had a great experience with Aztec. I had a late night plumbing emergency over a holiday weekend at my rental property and Aztec was able to get me on the books first thing the next morning. The technician quickly diagnosed the issue and got it taken care of immediately. To top off an already great experience, once we received the invoice, we realized that not only is the customer service and work exceptional, but the pricing is unbeatable. I'd highly recommend Aztec Plumbing and plan to continue using them for my future service needs.

We had two different team members come out from Aztec on the same day. The first was Chandler from the drain team and then Timothy from the service team. Both provided all the necessary information we needed. We also signed up for the annual maintenance program with Timothy. Highly recommended!

Our regular plumber was not available for night or weekend work. I've seen Aztec trucks all over SW Florida so I gave them a call. They responded immediately & had a plumber at our place within an hour or two (had two jobs already scheduled & in progress)--much, much faster than expected. The estimate was free & the price broken out and very reasonable, especially because digging was involved. Our regular plumber was good--Aztec turned out to be better & will be our new regular.

When my water heater started leaking water, I panicked and called several plumbing services. Aztec was the only company that was able to send someone out the same day. I was given a seven hour window, but our plumber, Jason, arrived within an hour! He showed me the problem, answered my questions, and went over my options in detail. I decided to replace the water heater. He got to work immediately, and while he was working I did a little research. I found that the price that he quoted me on the equipment was almost identical to what I would pay if I purchased it myself at Lowe’s, and the labor charge was, I feel, very fair. A few hours later, he was done, and he’d left the area cleaner than it was when he arrived. I am very pleased with Aztec. This is the third time I’ve used their services for plumbing, and I’ve been thoroughly satisfied every time. Next time, I’m going directly to them - no more wasting time shopping around for other plumbers! Aztec has always gotten it right, and I highly recommend this company. It’s large enough to consistently offer great same-day availability, but you feel like you’re working with a small mom-and-pop company.

Tarique was so wonderful even though he was on call and it was after 7:00. He took his time and did his job efficiently and explained everything he was doing which I found extremely helpful! I would recommend him every time!

We appreciated their immediate response to our phone call. Also we were very lucky to have someone like Jason who was very knowledgeable and friendly make us feel that we chose the right company to handle the replacement of our water heater. Aztec is a well oiled machine and you can count on them to handle any plumbing problem you may have. Their prices are very competitive and they warrant their work.

Very friendly. Prompt service. Called at 2pm. Had a plumber by 3:30 pm. I like the free evaluation/estimate visit. The plumber was very personable and knowledgeable. Also very honest. The visit was for a leaking check valve. He was able to tell me the water provider was responsible, not me. If I have another problem I’ll definitely call Aztec.

Aztec plumbing is an excellent company!! I had a cloth in my pipes that the builder left behind during the build So Jacob & his assistant came over & used a hydro machine to remove the cloth & found a tank cover over the opening with a small opening. They worked very hard at taking the cover out of pipe by pushing it towards the toilet , removed toilet & scooped it out. I could not have asked for a more thorough kind & very knowledgeable company. Highly recommend!!!!
