Food is always excellent. Steaks are high quality. Sides are delicious. Portions are big. Prices are very reasonable. We were greeted by a friendly hostess and seated fairly quickly. Davon was our server and he was fantastic. Super sweet and explained a few menu items I had questions about. Overall fantastic experience ~ I will definitely come back！！

Prime rib was to die for. And some of the best rolls and butter as everyone knows. Make sire you ask for another basket of rolls with your diner. Cliche atmosphere with the line dancing and shouting for birthdays. But atleast its not stale and boring. The cheap meat here can be pretty bad, pay up for a decent cut and you will have a better time.

This is one of my favorite local steakhouses! The price is right, the servers are always fun and knowledgeable, if something is wrong they make it right instantly! They have very delicious adult drinks, weekly specials, celebrate birthdays! It is a franchise but it is one of the best ones around!

7/29/2023 - Our family, a party of 10, arrived for dinner at 4 PM. We were seated pretty quickly by a very nice hostess. We were surprised by how busy TRH is at 4 PM. Our service/server was outstanding, very efficient and friendly. The food was excellent, k-bobs and medallions mostly. Thank you very much for a very pleasant and delicious dinner!

Serenity took time and explained what was great here. We chose filet’s 6 oz and 8 oz topped with mushrooms steak fries were loaded with cheese and bacon. Corn on the cob tasted like it was right off of a cob. She even brought us drinks to go.

Very good service. Always packed but we were still able to get a table for 8. Bread with cinnamon butter to die for. The steaks were cooked right and tasted great. Only downside was they had very loud music and made it hard to converse.

I had the pleasure of visiting Texas Roadhouse in Fort Myers, and it was a remarkable 5-star experience from start to finish. The service was impeccable, with friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure a perfect dining experience. The food was simply spectacular, with juicy steaks and delicious barbecue specialties that burst with flavor. The presentation was flawless, showcasing the chef's attention to detail. We eat there whenever we can. Food is always great and you can't beat the price. Wait staff is always so friendly and accommodating. The staff working at the host/hostess stand are not nearly as friendly as the wait staff. They have actually been downright rude a few times. We dread having to talk to them but the rest of the visit is great!

The food was wonderful the waitress was great! There was a long wait but their food was really good! We did have a very large table and they accommodated us but we had to wait over an hour with a reservation!

My wife had steak and shrimp and I decided to have prime rib. Her steak was great, the shrimp were just okay. My prime rib was a bit disappointing and wouldn’t order it again. The service was great and staff very friendly and attentive. We will go back but stick with just steak. We had salads and baked potatoes which were very good. The rolls were delicious as well.

We were served by Lena and her service was excelente. She was always attentive, very kind, professional and very focused on serving us and the people around us with great costumer service. I never had to ask for a refill because she always knew when to ask us, which for me is a big indicator of how good of a waitress or waiter you are, and Lena was exceptional.

Steak is always on point, we ate at 9:30 pm and the steak was delicious 😋 we love the hot rolls and cinnamon butter.

Alex was awesome today. Super personable also very patient and attentive. I never really leave reviews ( esp good ones lol ) but he deserves this. Two years ago I had my wallet ( law enforcement wallet ) stolen from a worker and have not returned since then. This was a pleasant return I’ll definitely be back and request him again.

Great place for steak and more. Lauren was our wonderful server, she was knowledgeable and attentive. She made our experience at Texas Roadhouse over the top. She is a hard worker like all the staff.

The only problem we had was the draft beer system was down. But the bottle beer was really cold. Food was great. Steak was cooked perfectly and tasted great. Our server Mattie was very good.

Food and service was very good. We waited almost half an hour for the food but it was good in the end.

OMG! This by far was the best service I've had in a restaurant in a while! Serenity our server was the greatest! And of course the food was great as usual. I had the NY strip, baked sweet potato(w/ cinnamon sugar, caramel and marshmallows as suggested by Serenity) & steamed broccoli/carrots. And the hot, rolls with cinnamon butter and peanuts in the shell made a great appetizer!

My boyfriend and I absolutely love this place! It’s always a wonderful date night. We had Bridgett tonight, and she was absolutely wonderful. She kept our drinks full and kept us updated the entire time, even though they were slammed tonight. Always have a wonderful experience here.

Eat here quite frequently. The service is always good as well as the food. The rolls are delicious and fresh. My steak is always cooked to the right temp and full of flavor. My only complaint was during this last visit the side salad has noticeably shrunk. It was super tiny. My friend I was dining with added this on to her meal and paid $5 for three bites of salad. Just be aware of this change. Their salad used to be decent sized and full of toppings. Now everything is being skimped on.
