Had an absolutely amazing shopping experience this morning. I went in looking for a Bogg Bag for an upcoming trip and the staff went above and beyond helping me select the right one for me. They graciously took out all the options and colors out for me. 10/10 recommend visiting this store.

Today I stopped at the shop thinking all I would gonna find was cards. This shop has a collection of gifts for all occasions. Friendly. Helpful. I have found my place to buy cards and more. Happy I stopped in today.

I love this Hallmark Store---- I actually waited for one hour till the store opened to purchase all my Christmas cards for the season. The store opened right as scheduled and I was greeted by a happy bouncing sales associate named Susan. I asked her if she was always cheerful and happy in the mornings and she replied "I just love my job." Susan guided me around the store pointing out all of the special promotions and gift items. The store became filled with Christmas shoppers each receiving personal attention from the staff. Upon check out I was assisted by Lisa who was extraordinary on the register and was adamant I received all of my coupons I was entitled . As a veteran of 35 years in specialty retail I recognize teamwork when I see it... This store has accomplished that.

I have to compliment Nancy. If I were to pick someone to perfectly represent Hallmark and all it stands for, it would be her. Bubbly, friendly, helpful, not only to me but the three other customers I saw her interact with. She is also patient with check-out working with coupons, etc. She offered me a box for a gift I bought, just generally very kind and helpful. A 5 star employee experience in every way.

I really enjoy Amy's Hallmark Shop because it carries such a vas t array of gift items not necessarily found at other local Hallmark stores. In today's case, one of my purchases required a box and the saleswoman offered her assistance with providing me one before I had the opportunity to ask. I appreciated that very much. The staff was helpful, with a quick smile and very pleasant attitude.

Amy's Hallmark Shop is a great place to pick up more than cards. They have a large selection of gifts, decorative ornaments, wooden signs, clothing, candy, etc. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. I've frequented Amy's Hallmark for more than a decade. It's were I always pick up my cards. I highly recommend this place!

Wonderful to be here after so long. Great selection of cards, gifts and candy. Helpful staff. I assumed wrongly that they were closed because of Covid. I could not have been more wrong! Found Russell Stover's candy that I had forgotten about. Going back next week because this is a great boost to my joy levels!

The young lady who helped me, was very knowledgeable about how I could get more coupons. She was professional and polite. Definitely an asset to this store.

This is my Hallmark now, and while I miss my friends down in Bonita Springs, I'm enjoying making new friends here in Fort Myers. The sales associates in Amy's are extremely helpful, and the woman who worked with me today made my experience a pleasure in that she was able to point me toward the Itty Bitties I'd purchased online. A shout out also to the manager, Lisa, who goes the extra mile. This is a marvelous store, and I'll be back in a couple of weeks. ☺

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was able to find exactly what I needed. This is a stand alone store and is very visible from Rt. 41. It's always clean and tidy. I find it to be a pleasure to shop here.

They have a wide variety of things there. It is nicely spaced out and has a nice flow to it. They have very cute Halloween merchandise, and a few Hallmark ornaments , which they will be getting more in by October 3.

Every year. 1 dated tree ornament. Have not missed in 32 years! Almost everyone from Amy's. The store is huge and well stocked.

What a wonderful Hallmark shop! The store is spotless, the merchandise beautifully arranged, and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was actually glad that a torrential downpour occurred while I was there, as it gave me more time to look around and enjoy being there!

Great selection and everyone there is so helpful and pleasant. Just a great shop! Always find the right card or gift!
