Quick service, great food (steak and shake never disappoints!

The floors were dirty/kinda gross and the bathrooms needed some attention.

The new automated machines were cool tho!

Very clean. Great service. Manager came to each table to make sure everything was ok.

Showed up right before closing and food was done quick very hot kids always love the cheese fries sooo quiet tho we were the only ones there lol lol i remember stake and shake always being full even late lol

I recently visited Steak 'n Shake and had an amazing experience! The restaurant was clean, cozy and had a welcoming ambiance. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout my entire visit, ensuring that my dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. But the real star of the show was the food. The burgers were cooked to perfection, juicy and packed with flavor. The fries were crispy and delicious, and the milkshakes were the perfect sweet treat to end my meal. I was impressed by the quality of the food and the attention to detail that was put into every dish. I would highly recommend Steak 'n Shake to anyone looking for a tasty and satisfying meal. Food is cheap, quick and well priced. They don’t have servers anymore which was different but had no impact on my experience. Very clean restaurant!

Burger was freshly made, fries were thin, crispy and hot. Beautiful day so we sat outside and ate by the picnic tables. Picture does not do the burger justice. Absolutely delicious

Food was delicious and the service was great!

The employees are on point here even though they seemed to be short staffed. Started out all the kiosks to place order were offline. I guess short on paper. The lady, I presume Mgr but not sure on the grill came to help all 3 kiosks offline. It's stressful when shorthanded I know. I have no problem waiting for fresh hot food over waiting for cold food or wrong order that's supposed to be hot and I'm sitting there. I just hope they get more great staff soon.

I come here nearly everyday. The food is amazing and it is always prepared fast. I visited this restaurant for YEARS, and the quality has only gotten better. Amazing employees helped me with my order and made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. Sure, it’s different from how it started off as, but it only made itself even better. I wish I could single handedly thank each and every employee who has crafted my delicious meals. Thank you, Steak n’ Shake.

This is a Berger joint. They do it right. Snowbirding from Northern New england, we look forward to dining here when we are on the road south. 😀

Very friendly and helpful staff, did was made to order and dining room was very clean.

The food is great and the help (waitress) Patricia Freeman is excellent at her work there the smiles and service we receive when my friends and I are there, just love it. The other waiters and waitresses are great too and the managers is also wonderful.

Awesome Waitress named Becca. She has a wonderful personality and very welcoming. The food is delicious and served quickly. The milkshakes were a perfect finish touch to our meal.

This is the best!! Portobello mushrooms and Swiss cheese!! 100% beef burgers!! My son ordered the Western BBQ with bacon! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the food here, it’s our new favorite spot cheaper than Mc Donald’s and tastes WAY better!!

Food was excellent. Different than Steak ‘n Shakes I’ve been to in past. You order food on computers, then they call your number when ready. Nobody servicing tables, which was fine. Food was very good & cheaper than McDonalds.

I haven't been here in sometime but I've returned multiple times within this week I must say they have improved service and staff are much friendlier and welcoming than previously the food is GREAT, hot fresh burgers and fries with delicious shakes. I know people have issues with the kiosk ordering but it's simple and if you have issues the staff are ready and willing to assist. I strongly recommend going here

The manager there is so amazing! There was a discrepancy with my order and helped me over and beyond. Now he always remembers me and my blue car lol.
Not sure what occurred in the last couple weeks but I don't have to wait for so long to get my food.

Had a great experience with Bryana and her female coworker last night around 7:45. Great service and my food was cooked to perfection.
