My first experience with this store is the last one . They are so unprofessional They don’t have customer yet .but didn’t hesitate to cancel my order on Mercari and blocked me !! The reason why because they get better offer after he close the deal with me. You deserve to be in business if you’re not honest person. You wasting your time and honest customers times.

The quality of the keychain lettering with smeared and they wouldn't give me a call. They finally emailed me Said they would send out a new one. But after they read my review they didn't send it. They may be believed they were going to and now my grandson will not be getting a Christmas present
