Lower gas prices / slightly cheaper food/ drinks but comes at a cost of customer service . Old Citgo crew was much more helpful and cheerful to there customers . This new “ BOLLA market “ has no soul if you know what I mean lol I guess time for change but at a cost of customer service ... rant from local guy

This has been the worst service I've yet to receive at a gas station. The vacuum machines never work. The car wash leaves your car ridiculously dirty. Dont bother spending your money here because whatever error the machines make, they blame on you and the employees won’t help you in any way whatsoever. I don’t typically leave reviews, let alone on a gas station, but trust me when I say coming here is a waste of both time and money. If I could rate this gas station in particular ZERO stars, I would.

Car wash didn't work properly brushes never spun or touched my car just water and lights I've been using car wash for over 20 years since it was installed at Citgo . It's always had problems and usually they give another code and most of the time it works as expected for a gas station car wash but this time the attendant argued that it was good at which point I showed him that obviously it wasn't washed because all marks on the hood show that it was never touched by the brushes. BTW in 20 years I only had a problem 4 to 5 time's.
Just putting it out there workers over can't even refill the receipt on the pumps always have to walk in for a receipt.

Don’t bother asking for gas inside as the cashier will make a mistake and put it on the wrong pump and instead of making it right and either giving the money back or putting the money on the correct pump they basically tell you it’s your fault and refuse you service and your money back. Then will curse you out and scream at you until you leave because you want your money back for their mistake.

Don't usually put up reviews for gas stations but this place is a mess. Unorganized and unfriendly employees all day everyday make this place a nightmare to visit. The car wash is over priced and very hit or miss when it comes to working. The Burger King they have inside is by far the worst Burger King I have ever been to in the 32 years of my life. If you enjoy your sanity stay far far away from here.

Beware!! Do not go to this gas station. They purposely shut off the car wash midway and then tell you that you cannot get a refund or a new ticket to finish your car wash. Ms. Lisa, Bolla Market Manager, was very rude to me in front of my children when I stressed to her how the car wash stopped working. My car still had soap on it, and it was only washed for literally 10 seconds and then stopped.

Has car wash advertised as "$2 off with $20 in gas" however if you purchase a car wash at the pump you do NOT get said advertised discount. The Citgo that used to be here will be deeply missed.

Buttered roll supposedly "made fresh daily" had mold on roll and in butter! Obviously old.
