Ashley Store

We came to Ashley Store looking to buy a couch and we had a really great experience from the moment we arrived. We were greeted by Ana, who was very helpful throughout our experience. I really appreciated her patience as well as her giving us space while we browsed and decided on what we wanted. We managed to find exactly what we were looking for within our price range and we are happy with our purchase. I'll have to come back here in a few weeks for a couch update once it gets delivered. Thanks Ana! Lol 🤭

So I've had my couch for almost 2 months now. This couch is huge! We measured it in the store and it was bigger than expected in our space. Still a great couch, very spacious and comfortable. Came with too many pillows but no biggie. I love this couch, glad we made the purchase. I would definitely buy from here again :)

Adolfo Gutierrez gave us the best customer service while looking for home furniture (couches, table and chairs) He was very patient, and explained everything with great detail. Adolfo was never pushy and gave us our space to decide what we wanted to purchase. Fantastic customer service. He didn’t let us purchase anything without being 100% satisfied with our selections. Ben Lopez was an amazing salesman. He was professional, informative and extremely patient. Had assisted me with no pressure and help me get the perfect outdoor patio set for my pergola. Thank you Ben, you are definitely my go to guy when I need to purchase furniture 😊

Great customer service provided by Samantha! We knew what we wanted to buy, and she wasn't pushy at all. She listened to us and led us to the right piece of furniture. She was very helpful with delivery services as well. We are so pleased with our new sectional! We will definitely make more purchases again should we find ourselves needing anything else.

Made me feel like Ashley’s Furniture is there for the customer and to think of everything as an investment.

Also advised me that in the event they start assembling and I don’t like what is happening or how it’s coming out that we can make the changes easily. Now that made me feel more secure than having to forcefully commit to what I bought in store.

Let me start off by saying Alex Gonzalez and Charles the manager were super friendly and helpful. I was very particular with what i wanted and was helped every step of the way. Even though i did not purchase anything at this time they never felt like I was wasting their time. Thank you so much will definitely come back.

Charlie Serrano is always amazing to work with. The furniture is beautiful, quick delivery and the prices are great! I recommend calling Charley at the Long Beach store to get white glove service every time! Thank you for all your help, Charlie!

We had the up most best experience at Ashely Furniture Store in Carson. Please, if you are indecisive, look no further and stop at Ashley’s! We were greeted by wonderful Donna and right away she advised and let us she would be the one assisting us. She showed us how the prices are listed and told us how the showroom was arranged. And off went to find our dream bedroom set without being followed or pressured. if we had questions she not far away. Donna was very knowledgeable about the the furniture and mattress. We were only going in the furniture but really need a mattress. She took us to mattress section and i learned so much on how important a mattress is to our health, it would be senseless to buy furniture without a benefit to our health. Donna was so patience and calm, it never felt like she was trying to make a sale. I’m so thankful for her and Chris! Chris thank you for adjusting a small error on the final receipt and being very friendly. Please just stop and ask for Donna, you won’t retreat it. Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable:)

First time at Ashleys. Andrew is a pretty awesome salesman. Was very helpful and patient with us. We will definitely come back and get the rest of our furniture from him and Ashleys. We liked the financing options they have, makes it a lot better to shop. We met Kevin another salesman and for sure was a very sweet man, would recommend any of these guys for you to shop with.

Large showroom, and a nice clearance section in the back right of the store! Prices seem good, and the people were extremely attentive. I was a bit in my own world and didn't have any questions really, but Donna walked me through everything I could have a question about, and more. She was incredibly helpful in pointing out all the products that last the best, and where the better deals were. Also financing and stuff like that. Look for her to help you out when you come by.

Donna, was truly the most wonderful and lovey person I have ever met at an Ashley Furniture! I have purchased all my furniture from here since 2016 and I have to say, I am grateful for her in every way. Such kindness, such joy. Thanks for everything and I look forward to seeing the furniture for my favorite lady (my granny)!

Stopped in to get a new leather sofa and Andrew came over to help us. We told him what we were looking for and he led us to each of the options. Lots of features we didn’t consider when looking for a new sofa. Glad Andrew was patient and very helpful. We left with a brand new sofa that day. Highly recommend Andrew.

Samantha was patient and even went as far as letting me borrow her measuring tape to go home and measure my space correctly to assure I made the right purchase option for our small apartment space. I took up alot of her time today and she never appeared irritated with my indecisiveness. She gave me the time I needed to make my decision and didn't hover around me like some sales people do. I really appreciate her.

Ben Lopez and Charles (the manager) were very helpful. We are very happy with our purchase! If you need help with choosing furniture, they are well versed and professional with their work. Highly recommended.

Was looking for leather reclining living room furniture, love seat without center console. Met with the most awesome associate, Zahra, her energy, compassion and design knowledge helped us choose the right furniture for our needs. We also went back and purchased bedroom furniture. Zahar and her manager were so great to work with, look forward to shopping for other rooms soon.

My husband & I came in knowing exactly what couch we wanted, & the associate Alex Gonzalez was quick to approach us to help! As he was getting our information he realized we didn’t have raffle tickets for the raffle that was going on, so he stopped to track someone down to get us tickets! He was personable, friendly & knowledgeable about pricing & plans. He also took the time to make us feel like we were the only shoppers here, even though the place was packed! We left with the couch we wanted, & will be back soon to see Alex for an area rug & more accessories!

I had a great shopping experience at the Long Beach store with Adam helping to guide us to selections that matched our preferences. After 2 visits in one day (we had to test the bar stool height with mom) and a night to think it over Adam picked up right where we left off and set up the order of two sofas (one sleeper) and a dining room table that arrived seamlessly the day before thanksgiving! Adam really went the extra mile mixing options and letting us have space and time to make a decision and working with our budget.
