Had one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had overall. Hayley went above and beyond, great asset to the store. Knowledgeable and friendly personality as well.

Love Lowes I call it the clean high-end home improvement store! Worked all 3 major companies, Home Depot, Lowes, Orchard, enjoyed all 3, had fun w workers, customers and locations. Definitely would work at this location and serve Customers up with my Glowing Customer Service

I love going to Lowe’s because I can find things Home Depot doesn’t carry. For example wood for cabinets with a certain width.

Went in on a early Saturday morning not having a clue. Rachelle was the best. She helped me out with Leo's advice in the gardening department. Walked me through every step of the way. The cashier was nice as well, deseree..? Nice young lady.

Why is it that I tried to return some tile bits but lost the receipt and I was denied store credit?

I went to lowe’s to fine tile for the bathroom and bedroom Erika help me with everything and spend time with me she did pick best tile best vanity and tile for the bedroom she really help me I will go all the time to lowe’s and ask for Erika if you want good customer service, went to Lowe’s Different day IGNACIO help me I was short with tile he went and get it for me he was so helpful and put it in my van I will Always go to Lowe’s thank you Ignacio for your help .also I went today and LISA she was happy to see me again she thanks me that I am coming to Lowe’s all the time almost all know me IGNACIO went and Choose the light for the bathroom and bedroom Guadalupe the Cashier she smiles I love her smile I finished remodelled my bathroom next week I will start with my second bathroom I am sure I will go to get everything from lowe’s no more Home Depot thanks 🙏

It's basically just like home Depot. Actually I take that back. Lowe's it's more friendlier, cleaner, and more energetic. They all greet you and want to assist in your purchasing needs.

I am the project manager for Arbor Enterprise Tree Service in Whittier california, Lowe's has plenty of supplies for my chainsaws, bar oil and chains. They are always very well stocked.

One of the greatest Lowes location I've visited. The service we received from Enrique in the Appliance section was phenomenal. He helped us with our brand new microwave and refrigerator. Definitely recommend this Lowe's 👌 👍

Leo in the garden center assisted us with repotting three plants and was so helpful! He was friendly and offered great advice. I will come back here for these services if I need them again in the future.

This place always has very helpful staff and it has competitive pricing. It's probably one of the best places to shop for home improvement materials. It is also one of my favorite places to adopt new plants at its clearance aisle, which prices usually range for around $1.00.

Bruce was such a gentleman when I came to return some blinds. He helped me efficiently, got me a shopping cart so I could carry my stuff, and overall just provided amazing customer service. This store is the best!

My hunt for carnivorous plants had brought me across a few towns to this location and I'm not complaining. Craig who works in the garden center is super friendly and knowledgeable in his plant department. He was able to speak directly to vendors in order to provide me what I was looking for. Definitely shopping at Lowe's more often, and probably first. I was surprised to find much better pricing on consumables compared to HomeDepot. I had made them my third option after HD & Ace but I'm definitely shopping them first for now. Plus it feels much cleaner, better organized and helpful staff. Give me a good experience and good pricing and you have my business.
