Overall a very clean and pleasant Home Depot to shop at. Everyone is super nice to you and helps you find what you need. We got our paint shaken and on our way in just a few minutes. Seamless checkout process too. Plenty of parking!

Always go to Home Depot for everything. Their staff is just ways beyond Loews in my opinion ( look for the older guys for extra help ) and always friendly and helpful. Also like their bigger equipment the best, just bought a Troy Built riding mower and is awesome 😎. Also just purchased a 8' by 10' shed from there and Tuff shed had a local construction company come put it up.

I have my own business so this is my choice for stuff I need

I recently went Home Depot Clifton Park, Mr. Alonzo was such an amazing Manager. I was so upset. I called the store was told to come in. To go there and have the woman at the register a customer service tell me that they couldn’t help me. I was getting ready to leave and I asked to see a manager. Mr. Alonzo met me at the front of the store to deal with my situation! I have to say he was caring, and so patience and understanding that he went out of his way to do what he could to help me resolve my problem. I haven’t seen a better Home Depot with the customer care as he truly deserves 10 stars and I can’t thank him enough for his help! Thank you ALONZO 😊

Love H.D. Bought plants. Unfortunately had to return some but Tyler at Service Desk made the return painless and pleasant.

Helpful staff, great selection. Keeping items in stock that have been in high demand as people are staying at home. Also, I dropped 2 bags of soil off the huge pile of mulch I was pulling. An employee found them and brought them out to the parking lot as I realized they were missing. Much appreciated!🙂

Frank at the self check out was phenomenal.
I was very pleased with his way of interacting and being real. He is an asset for the company. Need more employees like Frank in my Business.

Update: we bought all the flooring for our downstairs from the Clifton Park Home Depot. It's very nice.

We bought a new stove. Don assisted us, he was really helpful.

Went to Wal Mart they locked door to garden dept. Had to walk all the length of store. Got what i wanted and went to pay for it. Exact change only, Left without merchandise. Went to Home Depot, got what i wanted and with Military discount paid less than WM. Thank you H Depot. U appreciate the. Military

After being treated rudely at Lowes (across the street) we found ourselves at Home Depot. We are so happy we went there. We went to the carpet and flooring section being taken care of by Pamela and Alonso( sorry if name is spelled incorrectly) and they were wonderful! I can’t say enough good about both of them going above and beyond. Anyone that is in need of carpet or flooring go to Home Depot and ask for either of them! You will not be let down! Thank you both!

My husband and I went to get 12 bags of mulch on Sunday...Greg waited on us in the greenhouse area and could not have been more pleasant and helpful. He even offered to help load the mulch into our trailer, which was VERY helpful and much appreciated. As always happens, we needed 16 more bags of mulch the next day and to our dismay, Greg was not there. Regardless, it was so nice to see an employee who truly enjoys his job...kudos to Greg!

John in the paint department is their MVP!He’s done many successful color matches for me, very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. Clean and organized store. Well managed. Thank you!

Don't know about the salespeople training, very unwelcoming, no one greeted us, went by a dozen different salespeople in different places. A simple hello would of lead to more trusted relationship in coming back for the bigger project. Maybe they can learned from the smaller lumber yards before they go out of business. Then again that attitude will keep me from coming back.

Home depot always has what I am looking for. I'm a regular and know the store by heart! The staff are very team oriented and helpful and polite- online orders are convenient.

This was my second time in this store. The first time was a three star but this time 5 stars. I could not find what ineas looking for. The was a sales Associate helping someone else but still took the time to tell me where to find the items. I went to find the items but what made this soooooooo special was she came to check on me after she was done helping the other customer. I wish I had gotten her name. She made all the difference for me. Thank you.

Found new toilets at Home Depot for my condo and they were replaced within a week. The plumbing contractors were quick, thorough and very professional. Highly recommend this place!
