The facility was clean and organized. Staff is extremely friendly and courteous. Price and quality compatability are good.

Today was my first time coming to this location and I love it here. I was greeted at the door by most pleasant young lady who not only spoke and welcomed me into the store but she explained the sales. I felt like I had just walked into an upscale store and they knew I was going to spend, spend, spend. Although Ms. Mia probably didn’t want to hear why I was there she still smiled and listened anyway. The customer service was so good I felt like skipping out of the store. So if you want to feel like you are worth a million bucks go to the Bath and Body Works in Tinley Park, IL❣

Stumbled upon this location today completely by accident, but now I'll never go anywhere else. Lovely store with a great selection. The sales associates were very sweet and friendly.

Love me some smell good from the wall flowers, to the body products, & hand products. My fav Sweet Pea! Only problem they're always out of stuff!! You can get the sales email & they're out the same day. So I would have to go online to order some of the items I'm looking for!!

I love this location. The staff is always upbeat, friendly, and helpful. One associate there, Irene. Is really exceptional. Always friendly and I feel she goes and beyond! She made my experience amazing by showing how to use the app and maximize my shopping experience. Truly exceeded my expectations.

I was in line at 4:40 a.m. for the annual candle sale and the store opened at 5 a.m. I was able to enter the store at 5:10 a.m., which wasn't bad at all. The sales associates were helpful and handed out crates to everyone purchasing candles before we entered the store. They had a tremendous inventory available for all candles and most shoppers bought the limit of 18 candles (including myself). Thank you to all of the sales associates at the Brookside Bath & Body Works in Tinley Park, IL for making this a pleasant shopping experience!

I love the sales that bath & body works have. This location is very nice. The employees are very nice. I love the candles and I love the lotions and soaps. My favorite scent would have to be Cashmere glow but they do not ever have it at this location.

My absolute favorite Bath and Body Works in the area!! The workers are always so pleasant and helpful; not pushy or trying to make you buy something. They always have a great selection for SAS and are usually up to date with new releases too!

Bath and body works is always a pleasure to shop at. Ms. Giselle, one of their employees, is always friendly, knowledgeable and a hard worker. She's a Jacqueline of all trades there. I didn't get her help this time but just about every other time I'm in there, she's the one helping me or checking me out at the register. The variety of products and sales are always amazing! Keep up the good work!

It's were beautiful! My first time going n2 it. The staff members were DAMN good n nice. They help me w my things. I spent 2 much money 🤣👍🏾❤. But I lov n happy w what I brought. I'm going back soon. People go here if u never GONE!

I like the fact that this is a stand-alone location because it has ample parking and it's very convenient to not have to walk through a mall to gain access. This store is always very well-stocked (even during semi-annual sales) and the employees are consistently friendly and eager to assist customers. I love this location!!!

Was just here last month and I love the ladies that work here. They are so helpful and amazing customer service. Their candles smell great!

The place is amazing!! I am a guy and I love how they greet you at the door and are available for questions and they are customer friendly driven with world class service. The place smells like a dream!

Always looking forward to going here and seeing what they may have new! Love the wallflowers and the bulbs that you can get for them. Huge fan of the candles!

Who dosen't love this store? I am glad they open one in Tinley Park. Haven't had bad experience so far. All associates are always helping.
