Found the perfect coat for my wife and a new holster for myself. The staff is always extremely helpful and friendly. This will continue to be one of my favorite places to shop!

This is my second year at cabellas for santa. And, the santa is not fakey, hes a very nice guy, good with the kids as i watched like 3 sets of screaming kids before us 🤣. And i always find some cool gifts while there as well. Plus its a great environment for the holidays and the kids enjoy the taxidermy. So i true and grateful for cabellas for doing this for us every year.

Picked up my black Friday online bow order with no issues. Walked over to the archery department where Chad got me setup and out the door. Excellent customer service all around. Highly recommend this location.

It's like a toy store for those that love being outdoors, fishing, hunting, hiking, camping, you name it! Massive selection of accessories, gear, and equipment. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, highly recommended. I purchased my hiking boots and some of my backpacking supplies here at a reasonable price. They carry most top of the line brands as well.

Nice local store, easy to find out door items and renew water craft registration. Employees are friendly and helpful.

Great place to shop, staff was very friendly and helpful. They had excellent knowledge of the items I asked about. They knew were I could find all items I was looking for in the store. A+++ I definitely would shop there and recommend it.

My first stop was the archery department where an employee offered assistance within a minute. Next stop was the hunting accessories and again assistance was offered right away. Next stop was the footwear department where two people assisted me and searched diligently until they found the boots I was looking for. Finally went through the checkout which was pleasant and swift. Thank you all very much for a great experience.

Always have the coolest stuff here. Stuff I did t know existed....helpful staff. Lots of gun accessories and hunting stuff and fishing. Good assortment of clothes and boots...wish there hour's were longer since I work late.....I would recommend this place to anyone.

The level of customer service here is incredible. Every employee was extremely nice and helpful. Don't see this level of service very much these days. Prices on certain things may be a little high, but I understand the business model lol.

The employees were super nice. And having pictures with Santa is something I'll be able to remember forever, having the ability to get prints online is a great option to. . my little girl gave Santa her note and they got those pictures. Super quick, and wasn't crowded at all. Think I'll come back every year..

Everyone there was very helpful and professional.

Cabellas is great. Huge store with tons to offer. Great selection of ammunition and firearms. Wide variety of everything outdoor you can think of. Definitely a cool store to shop at. Veteran discounts.

The staff is professional, knowledgeable about the products they sell & go above & beyond to help their customers. They done it for me, & I’ve seen them do it for others. I highly recommend Cabela’s in Centerville.

There were 3 employees that went above and beyond helping me find what I was looking for. They ended up not having it but they gave me information on where I might get what I was looking for. They also gave me a business card of someone that has a guide service and told me they could help. They were a great help

Went into the archery department today to get my crossbow restrung, and was surprised how cheap it was, Also bought a new compound bow with the help of archery department, lead Seth, who was very courteous and helped me get the right bow, as well as adjusting my draw length and poundage. Very knowledgable staff.

I worked on this site being built, I put up all murals. Very nice clean store, almost everything you need for outdoors.....no motor boats.

⭐ OUTSTANDING service by HEATHER in the boot department! This is a very clean, well stocked & organized store with great outdoor products. But the EXCEPTIONAL service from Heather made for an extra positive experience.

We visited the store to check out a pair of tall, hot-weather hiking boots seen on Cabela's website; they ultimately did not fit me well. But Heather quickly guided us to superior options for fit, function and comfort. She is very knowledgable about the various boot styles and functions, friendly and attentive in finding the right boot for my purpose (mowing a large yard to keep ground bees off my ankles vs. hiking!). She brought all options to me while I was testing them out, retrieved several from the back room without hesitation. Heather also explained the easy return policy should they not work out after breaking them in at home.

What a refreshing service experience after visiting other shoe stores in the past where you get very little/no help and with little guidance about product details. Definitely going back to this store for apparel, boots and sporting interests in the future!

They have been very helpful with a gift for my son's birthday. Nothing but great customer service and friendly employees!
