Ok i have to share this, UPS burlingame team is awesome with special shout out to TED!! i sent my passport out with them on Sunday and got to know on Monday morning i need to travel for a personal emergency. I panicked and ran straight to store, Ted was so understanding and went out of the way to track down the passport and help me. Big big thank you Ted and the whole team :) great customer service.

The UPS on Howard Ave., Is my go to store when I need a notary, package shipped domestically or an item returned to Amazon. This location is a one stop shopping outlet. An added benefit for me is the Sunday schedule. 5 stars with a thumbs up.

Excellent service of the staff here - the staff here are extremely friendly and available to help you. A special shout-out to Shruti who really went above and beyond to help me with my passport photos - despite some technical difficulties at first, Shruti was so generous with her time to make sure that I was able to walk out with the photos on the same day. I had been turned back in other stores, so really appreciated the effort. Highly recommend this location :-)

The best UPS store I’ve ever been to. I drive 30 minutes when I need a UPS store because I trust this one. They are attentive to details, always courteous and patient. I have no hesitation to recommend this top notch UPS store because I know others who visit will feel the same.

I had this UPS location pack and ship my custom-built PC, which unfortunately arrived damaged. Shruti, one of the helpful employees, worked with me over the course of several months to coordinate about replacement and repair and offered to refund my repair cost after working with UPS’s normal process proved difficult. You can trust them with any expensive, insured packages and know they they’ll do right by you if it gets damaged. Highly recommend

This is the best place in Burlingame to ship something. There was a problem with a package I sent to my daughter and the UPS store receiving the package refused to look for it even though tracking data said they had it. The manager of the UPS store on Howard Ave stepped in and made numerous calls to track down the package and she found it! I’ve used this store for years and they are always helpful.

Shruti, the store manager, was so helpful. I ordered prints online at another UPS store and that store not only did not process my order, when I called, I was told that they did not even know how to operate their online system. Luckily, I went to another UPS store where Shruti helped me promptly. Thank you so much!

This is my local UPS store and my preferred location for shipping and notary services. I’ve been using this location for years. The line can be long, but the store is managed well. I can get notarization done for free, but I like to support this store as a local business.

I love the friendly staff here at my local UPS store! I am a regular customer, come in multiple times a week with various printing and shipping tasks. The staff is always so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. 5 stars!

Had an outstanding experience at the store a few days ago thanks to the amazing team member there, Ledy, who takes customer service to an incredible level. The whole team at the Burlingame UPS store are first class and helpful on all relevant services they provide.

I drop off a lot of packages at this location and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The other day I came to ship something, and Ledy went an extra mile of repackaging it for me and explained to me all the shipping options clearly. You should def. use this UPS location if you're near by!
