I love this place and the employees are such a great group of people. They all pitch in and if you are a regular as I am (Monday, Wednesday& Friday every week) they have your order ready for you when you arrive!!!

I have been a customer of Peet’s for 25 years so obviously I love their product. Reason for this review (in the Burlingame location) is based on one employee’s ‘above and beyond’ service. His name is Luis and I believe he is the manager. Thank you Luis for acutely understanding what it means to take care of your customer.

The Thursday morning crew here was patient, dedicated, capable, and understanding. More than that they supported each other with inspiring teamwork.

Typical Peet's just like every other store. Well maintained z good service and clean environment to sit and enjoy a strong espresso

I used the Peet’s app for the first time at this location. Everything about Peet’s has been spot-on so far. Our drinks were great and service was excellent. I think Starbucks lost a costumer.

This place could be very addictive. Really rich, flavorful drip coffee prepared fastidiously. Give yourself some time to watch other people's orders before making your choice and don't be afraid to ask questions.

I've always been a fan of Peet's Coffee. This shop in Burlingame is in a great location if you're browsing the downtown area, with a friendly staff and nice seating indoors and out. Perfect place to chill out and let the world flow by for a while.

The coffee, Major D. is excellent, with character and as coffee is meant to be. The staff are happy to be there and serve, at least today. The decorations are least pleasing!

I ordered a mocha frappe, and they messed it up, but the employee immediately made a new one and gave it to me.

Slightly better than most Starbucks. Nothing stands out though.

Love to sit outdoor and observe people or chat with a friend or client.

Lovely atmosphere, very friendly service and the best, freshest decaf there is! I was delighted with my experience.
