Excellent service from Seth at the west Palmdale AutoZone this morning. He greeted me after I entered the store and immediately got started on a battery test and replacement. I was back on the road in just a few minutes. Thanks again, Seth!

These guys are great. Too bad I didn't make note of names. They helped me today with a problem with my license plate frame and the wrong screws that I'd gotten from Amazon. One guy came out into the parking lot to look at my car and was super patient and helpful. I appreciate it.

Louis is an exceptional employee! As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with such welcoming arms. His knowledge for vehicles is phenomenal. He didn’t require the computer to answer any of my questions. Hands down best Autozone I have ever been to. 10/10 Service! I will definitely be going back 😀

Small, clean, friendly location. Employees were happy to assist if needed. There were enough people working to help check out customers fairly quick, usually small locations have only 1 or 2 Employees. So nothing really to complain about, great place 👍

I felt very welcomed in when going into Autozone. One of the workers named Elizabeth was very helpful assisting me with finding exactly what I needed! Would definitely recommend this location.

My mechanic had to get a DISA valve for my car to run so that I could get to work. It’s Sunday and most mechanics are closed moreover the AutoZone commercial accounts are closed on Sunday. THANK SWEET LITTLE BABY JESUS for the employee, his name is SETH. Seth took it upon himself with the help and guidance from the commercial accounts rep to complete the order and save me, who knows the repercussions I could have received at work.

This AutoZone as all was nice and clean with helpful workers I stopped in there to get some coolant to top off my vehicle after a long trip though I didn't need much the service was great.

My car started overheating on the 14 close to this location today. I had it towed to AutoZone and Sara was just amazing helping me. She is knowledgeable, more than mechanics at some body shops and way beyond what I would have expected at a store. She got all the right products for me, applied them for me, gave her opinion on cause and potential consequences and finally made sure herself that everything was running smoothly at the end. I can now go and pick up my kids as planned, Sara saved me a lot of headache, time and money. Thanks!!!

Called they were very helpful and were willing to hold the parts I called about I just ended up calling the wrong autozone but they helped me to get the one closer to my house to get the parts ready for me!
