This lady at register did everything she could have been having conversations with everybody but the people she was helping walked off the line talking to other co-workers ignoring the people in line when the line got very backed up we waited 20 minutes in line at next customers waiting to be to be ran out at the I was totally ignored felt very disrespected

One of the best places for shopping, if you need crafts, clothing, groceries, vitamins, health supplies, pharmacy, gardening items, pet supplies, just no way to name all they have available. They also have auto care, including oil change, tire installation and general maintenance!

They took good care of me when I left some items that I paid for in self checkout. When I went back about an hour later, due to their log of things left, I was able to retrieve my forgotten items!! Thanks, Walmart!!

This store gets 5 stars for its vision center. Leslie was amazing! Manager was helpful and supportive … my second very positive experience with them. Much appreciated and deserves recognition in spite of the chaos I’ve experienced inside the Walmart itself.

The complaint I have is the vending machine prices vs the sign. It’s misleading. They should update it. $1.00 not .75 cents. However, a miracle happened and I got two sodas instead of 1. I give this a 5 star for today haha. Thanking GOD for this blessing. Keep up the great work Walmart. :)

Wal mart was good as usual. This visit was only about the dogs, and I was so fortunate not to have to wait log to get the case unlocked.

Whenever I go I see atleast two employees restocking shelves (Who all wear masks👍) which means that they usually have most the things out on the floor already. It's always clean and usually isnt that crowded. Self checkout lines are a bit long but that's fine one minus is that they dont sanitize the self checkouts that often from what I've seen so be careful.

Love this Walmart!!!!! Has everything you need and do much more!!! Way better then Target.and this Walmart in Lancaster keeps getting better and better. Because there adding new products and Merchandise all the time at their guaranteed lowest prices this place is Awesome. Recommended this Walmart for everyone that wants to save money.

Been to this Walmart now a few times. Everyone I've met is very friendly.

CAUTION::::: While driving in the parking lot... People in Palmdale drive CRAZY.

Ordered a TV for my son's 21st birthday, for delivery from another store. We live in different states so, this was the best way I could get the TV to him for sure on his birthday. The website said it was in stock, but they were out of stock (typical Walmart*sigh*).I didn't receive the texts from my delivery driver until after the Cake was delivered. I get it text messages, they get lost in the wind. So I called the store, Customer service didn't answer. I let it ring until the system cut me off. electronics didn't answer. I let it ring until the system cut me off. delivery didn't answer I left it I let it ring until the system cut me off etc etc. so I called another store in the same town SAME THING!! I was so upset I called Walmart corporate. the young man was very nice, he looked up for me where the TV was in stock and actually took down the locations of the other stores. I called the Palmdale store and the associate picked up on the third ring, then physically verified that the television was in stock. It was delivered 5 minutes ago!!!!

Walmart was wonderful I was able to find the perfect curtains for my home and this beautiful towels that'I custom made for my brother and sister.

I am happy to have a Walmart super center where I can go for all my needs in one place . The prices are good and I love that I have a option for a great value brand that compares to the name brand . I like to save money 🤗

The Walmart gets 5 stars simply because they sell alcohol, coming from Texas our stores don't do that.

Walmart optical tech just fixed my glasses for free! I dropped them underneath Dad’s recliner and then sat on them, and they were bent and a lens popped out. I asked the Walmart tech if they did repairs, she said yes, five minutes later my glasses were as good as new.

She wouldn’t take my money, either, just asked for a Google review. She gets a good review on Google and on Facebook, I’m tickled pink. No more migraines from the office fluorescent lights.

It wasn't crowded. Customer service was really good this morning.

My recent visit to the Walmart Supercenter in Palmdale, CA was an exceptional shopping experience. I only had 6 items. I used self checkout with cash. I was in and out in a few minutes.
