Never had a bad experience here! It’s always fresh, staff is polite and even when it’s busy, you know you can depend on great food! Our kids love the tiny tacos!

Is very clean in and out, the employee name: valente, saw him always cleaning, every we're and very friendly. Also Kalynn is very hard worked girl, always positive, energetic, and respectful.
Always I recognize all the employees, with a wonderful fresh food, the mannager too very professional, and cool the employees.

Doing door dash near here and the employee working nights today 2/15 into early am is doing a fantastic job. Keep up the good work

This has always been my favorite jack in the box since i was young. Never have i once had a bad experience here.. Friendly, fast service.. food always hot and order always right

Iyonna was so sweet and has great customer service skills as I was being very difficult and she helped me get through the order fast quick and efficient with a smile on her face.. she was the drive thru intercom speaker

Not the best neighborhood but beyond that the serviced there are pretty good.

As for the COVID - 19 stuff,
Well let's just say that the employees there are doing a great job of protecting themselves and their customers...

No one establishment is perfect but what makes that place that place is the management. Any employee can ruin a whole order but only a select few managers can actually fix it like the manager Ms.Norma. I regularly have good service but today I had the best service ever. Employees like Michael, Gaby and Fi are just spectacular and I highly suggest a raise for those 3. They may not be the group of employee but the manager will make sure they serve you well and treat you right. I highly reccomend this establishment. God bless you Ms. Norma

I just have to say I went to Jack n the box a few weeks ago late at night and had the best experience I've ever had in a drive through. The cashier's name is Earth she was awesome very polite got my order right when repeating it to me . When I got to the window she was very pleasant had a smile. Asked me if I needed any condiments I said no and she said are you sure no taco sauce or sauce for your chicken strips and omg yes I did my son told me mom don't forget ranch and I am always saying oh I should have gotten taco sauce because I like extra on my Taco's so as she haded me my bags and told me enjoy my food and have a great night I asked her name because I had to let it be known how awesome she is. Thank you Earth my food was good my son was happy and you were really awesome.

The staff here have gone above and beyond to accommodate my brief visits, making sure my support animal had water, as we were walking in the heat, and he was obviously fatigued. Definitely showed the upmost hospitality.

Got chicken strip combo with curly fries (upcharge) and made combo large(drink and fries). Cost was still low around $11 if memory serves me. The food was cooked to order, so it was fresh-nice and hot. Service was quick, approx two minute wait (drive through). Cashier was polite and attentive and made sure I had all my condiments.

Food is good for it being fast food. Service is ok they always forget something like napkins, burger or fries but it's fast food so you kind of expect it.

We had my favorite! Tiny loaded tacos omg! This is the coolest best tasting meal in a box that you can ever have. Go and try it you will love! I did a tik tok about it @ldychristian.

My sista and I were enjoying her visit with us. She and I were driving out to the old home-site where we lived during a portion of our teenage years. A cute memory of our daddy prompted our going through this establishment's drive-thru. Our daddy would pull into the drive-thru and order 20 TACK-O's! Our daddy had his special pronounciation of those tasty tacos!

This place is awesome, just don’t come between 3:30am-4:30am because they reset the system at that time… but all other 23 hours of the day 👌
