Orkin

We had a serious black widow and desert bug situation in our new house and tried everything from the store (to no avail). We called Orkin and Victor came to save the day! He’s been our guy for a few months now and is very kind, communicative and great at his job. Very happy with our service and haven’t seen any bugs since! Highly recommend!

I’ve had the Orkin service for almost a year now. We had a roach infestation and had hired a different company before Orkin, they were unsuccessful at getting rid of them. Orkin was able to get rid of them completely and permanently. I really thought it would be impossible but they got the job done. I pay for the subscription monthly and get regular service every month. The company is very professional and the technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. I will be keeping their subscription service for as long as they offer it. It’s worth every penny spent.

Alonso was great! Very knowledgeable and had great customer service. I feel confident that he will take care of our pest issue. And if for some reason the pests return, the 30 day guarantee makes me feel good that Orkin backs up their treatment so that the problem is taken care of. Thank you Orkin!

Our bug guy is always so kind, professional, and thorough. He comes to the door before starting the service asking if I have any concerns/ requests & always listens, very knowledgeable, also changes the sticky traps in the garage & disposes of them on his own, not in our trashcans. Not to mention the fact I never see bugs around my house, if I do they’re dead, and never every any inside of the house. Truly one of the best things we’ve done as homeowners! 10/10 recommend Orkin 😊

I'm writing this review after the first visit. So obviously things may change. However I am content with the pricing. They showed up within the time window they game me. Anthony M. clearly went through the contract with me and made sure all my questions were answered and concerns addressed. I felt that he was knowledgeable in the services I requested. Overall I'm very happy with my initial visit and hope the service dates go well.
P.S. I did try to schedule with the other big company (Term___) for a quote. They gave a morning appointment. Their agent contacted me 2 hours after that window closed and told me he had me on his schedule for an afternoon visit. I immediately didn't feel like I was worth their time and made my decision easy to choose orkin.

Orkin has provided me a great service…that has actually been very effective. I’ve been using their services for about 8 months now since moving into my new home & I can say that I'm very pleased with the results. I had a leak under one of my bathroom sinks & unfortunately this plumber that I hired failed to seal the wall opening after repairing. So I had a host of creepy crawlers invading my home for several weeks before realizing where they had been entering from. Within a month they were all gone thanks to Orkin & my house has been clear of those pests since!
Update: Nearly a year later, I am still bug & pest free!!! 🥳🥳🥳 I also appreciate the professionalism of the Orkin technicians, thanks!!!

For many years, I've been struggling to kill the bugs around my house. I don't know where they came from but they were very stubborn and the store-bought sprays never worked. I'm so glad I found out about Orkin. All the bugs have vanished and the stuff they use works like magic! I highly recommend working with them. They get the job done! The people are so friendly, cooperative, professional, and come on time along with great communication! 10/10!

Update:

After almost nine months of working with Orkin, my house has been bug free. Finding bugs around the house or even outside is becoming quite rare! I used to use store-bought products but the bugs always kept coming back. Even in this drastically cold weather, they showed up to get the job done. Last week when it was raining, they showed up and did what they usually do even though it was pouring rain for about two days straight. The fact that they have a system for poor weather is amazing! I highly recommend choosing Orkin as they are people you can truly count on.

Appointment with Orkin proceeded on time. Alonso, Orkin supervisor came to assess my yard as I’m a new client. The
treatment went well. He was very thorough.

Anthony our technician always goes above and beyond to make sure our needs are met with each service. He is professional and provides excellent customer service. We have been using Orkin for over a year now which I must say we are well pleased with there services.

Victor is my exterminator and he is great. He comes every month and he always have genuine and great quality service. He is easy to work with, always responsive, and flexible to any adjustments that I may have during the day. He's a 5 out of 5 in getting the job done. Thanks for your kind service.

Our Orkin guy, Scotty, always lets us know when he is coming to spray. He is very amiable and is responsive to our specific needs. We had a problem with black widows and we let him know. Yesterday I saw a black widow crawling on the patio and I could see that it was barely alive. I feel much safer now.

As always Scotty was courteous. He called a few days ahead to let me know when he would be coming by.
When he arrived I expressed concern about spraying in the back yard since we have puppies that are playing out there. He assured me that he never sprays the back with toxic chemicals because of our other dog and cat. I was surprised and grateful that he remembered that. Scotty really takes his job seriously, he pays attention to his customers and their needs.
