AT&T Store

My customer service representative was outstanding. She was pleasant, knowledgeable, understanding and thorough. She dealt with my problems professionally while being very enjoyable to work with. I can highly recommend her as a representative of ATT company.

Jasmin is very pleasant, very knowledgeable and exhibits good professionalism. Very enthusiastic about serving her customers. Always greets customers with a warm smile. Eager to help in decision making for her customer if and when required

Carlos was so much help ! I really enjoyed this store and the knowledge they shared with me. Manager was very nice she helped the representative very well and reset my voicemail.

Had a wonderful visit at the AT&T store in Palmdale. Mildred was exceptional and informative. We purchased 2 new phones and the process was seamless and fun highly recommend.

I'm seeing a lot of other reviews saying "above and beyond" about employees at this branch, and I'm amazed at how true that is. HUGE thumbs up to Jasmine for helping me out with a particularly complex problem with my Internet service account. She took the time to understand my situation, and worked with me to find a solution. She was patient, personable, attentive, and honest throughout the entire (hours long!) process. I came in with a lot of stress, and left feeling really relieved and grateful.

The store rep that helped me went above and beyond to make sure that I was being helped in every way possible way and that I was satisfied with my purchases. He was super amazing and even stayed late past closing hours to make sure I was taken care of.. he definitely deserves a promotion/pay raise!

We came here to see about getting my husband's phone replaced and Mildred was excellent. His phone is under warranty so we have to go through the manufacturer, but she moved the Sim card back to his old phone and reprinted our original purchase receipt to help ease the replacement process. She also talked us through our options with both warranty and insurance and offered to help us start a claim. Great customer service, Mildred!
